I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. One of the best parts was the food – it was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a perfect place for both family and business stays. Highly recommended!”

Really bad experience with the owner Where other hotels providing pick and drop to the start point of vaishnav Devi temple they denied for that service. When we call the owner he didn't pick the call and other number of hotel management did not picked up the call even we tried multiple times. Drinking water is always complementary but they even charged for that. If you are coming with friends do not come to this one and don't even think about coming with your family. I came several time to Katra but this was my one and only bad experience with hotel.

Personally I liked the hotel and hotel owner Surinder ji. The view from our window (Room-102) was amazing.He is very cooperative and gave suggestions about the place, water sport activities and Kashmir trip. Though we didn't have time as we have already booked return ticket but i would like to experience those. Hope so Mata ji ka bulawa phir se aye.
