Villa 11

What can I say about Yacoob and Farooq other than they are fantastic hosts in a beautifully set location. It is a hotel where it is preferable to have your own vehicle but there are Ubers in the location. Close to Dal Lake and a good base to explore Kashmir from.

It turned out that were the only guest at Villa 11 from 5 -11 Sept 2024: 2 single ladies with Mr Farouq and Mr Yakob as the operator and Mr. Mehraj and Mr. Danish as our guide and chauffeur. -Room with balcony is clean,comfortable and spacious. I am particular about bathroom but I have no complain. ***** -Food is exceptionally good,always served hot and Mr. Yakob make sure the menu is to our preference. ***** -Safety we never feel more safer with the high fence and fulltime safeguard by Mr. Farouq ***** -Location near Dhal Lake and Srinagar city centre. **** Overall stay Topnotch service and fully satisfied

The stay, the service and the overall hospitality was wholesome with helpful and fast staff. We booked the stay for 3 days. Villa 11 is wholeheartedly reccommended to whoever is planning to visit/explore Kashmir. Mr. Yaqiob( the in-charge and property manager) is reliable in trusted service.

I had a fantastic stay in hotel villa 11. The thing I like the most is the room , rooms were really clean and bathrooms were clean. The staff yakub sheikh and farukh ahmed are very friendly and their hospitality is awesome. The food tasted amazing and delicious. The prompt service by farukh and yakub ji is really good.

First impressions: rooms were good and the view from the room were just awesome. 2nd impression: free from the city noise, one can enjoy the essence of Kashmir. 3rd: the staff members over are caring enough, they come to check you up if any problems are there or not Over all : a must visit place if you come near Dal Lake .

New property, excellent location. Away from city noise, peaceful. Rooms have both lake and mountain view. Excellent hospitality, humble staffs. Nice food and was always served hot and timely. Special thanks to Yakub bhai (Chef) and Farooq bhai. They both are awesome and very caring. Mehmaan Nawazi at its best. I highly recommend this property for a warm stay at Kashmir.

Villa 11 is an absolute gem in Kashmir! The hospitality is top-notch, with a talented chef, Yaqoob, who prepares delicious meals. The location is perfect, and the caretakers, Farooq and Wille Mohammed, ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
