This hotel is very good and comfortable stay. And the owner is gentleman, cooperative, Helpful, honest, and staff Nazir Bhai is so helpful. I will high recommended stay at hotel for every people. 🙏

One of the most popular and favourite places for tourists to stay... The behaviour and services of the owner and his staff is amazing and very friendly. The rooms are very clean, airy and some of them are with fantastic view.

The rooms are really big and there was a smart T.V. too. They provided us with 2 blankets but there was a disappointment which was there was no electric blanket or a heater. The washroom was big. There were two swings and a lift. But the location is a little inside so some drivers may not know the way which troubled us. Overall it's really good.

The management is polite and the stay there was reasonably nice. The interior decor is nice, and the garden is well maintained. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are kept clean too. The rooms are well furnished, and an adequate number of electrical sockets are present. All in all, a nice and comfortable place to stay for a few days if you're planning on staying in Srinagar for a few days.

Interior and exterior is good..but service is very poor. Our experience listed below 1. Geyser works till 7.30 am in the morning. 2. No telephone in rooms to speak with reception or kitchen. 3. Bash ( Instead of knocking) on the door at 5.30 am every day to let us know hot water is available. 4. TV not working. 5. Location is good. 6. No support staff was available for our help. 7. They helped in Kondola Ropeway booking.

Wonderful hotel with clean room and washroom along with cupboard, tv set, sofa, balcony, water purifier and wifi. Interior design is great. But they have no geyser. They provide hot water for about one hour in the morning.
