I'm thrilled to say that we enjoyed your 2nd anniversary at your place. It was a wonderful experience &we found rooms beautiful and spacious and appreciated the greenery. We always wanted a calmer location that provided comfort and a serene environment for us.|Special thanks to Mr.Zafar & family who made us feel at home & planned our entire trip.|Whenever I think of Srinagar I will remember your hospitality only.

Their hosting is very very nice They are giving “Tasty and Quality Food” We got “Excellent Experience “ with their Hosting and enjoyed with “ Trmple trip & DAAL LAKE SHIKARA RIDE. I recommend people to come to Kashmir and will recommend my friend also. Hotel all staff is very helpful Carring nice too good

Stayed 3 nights with family. People are friendly and helpful there .Hotel is right on the bank of Dal Lake which is good. Food was good (breakfast & dinner) buffet. Will recommend our family and friends to this friendly place. Keep it up.

This hotel is pathetic. Super dirty linen. The rooms are small. No ventilation. No direct light. Their blankets were super Unkempt and super old. And if you are feeling cold by any chance they not give you heaters saying its summer( Hahaha how pathetic is that ) I'll not recommend staying here that you when you are paying good amount of money.I wish to give them no star but giving one is mandatory.

Not upto expectations what we were looking out for in Kashmir. Breakfast was so so, no heaters provided in rooms, no water bottles, toaster was not working for 2-3 days of our stay there neither they thought of repairing it. Early morning loud speakers are also somewhat an issue. My rating is 5/10 only. We were also left on our own during the tour without much help

Review about Hotel Akbar is average, while we give full marks for location of hotel but at the same time access to the hotel is pathetic....have to walk around 400 mtrs to the hotel where car stops through the busy market area in narrow lanes...secondly since there is a Masjid just beside the hotel loud noise of Azaan through loud speaker wakes up everyone at 4 am.. once we wake up it is difficult to sleep again...I have no issues with Azaan but it actually disturbs the tourists who comes for relaxation.|No water bottles are issued, to be purchased extra. Food is OK stubborn on menu.||Overall my experience is average

The "HOTEL AKBAR" hospitality was exceptional, with attentive staff providing a warm welcome. From check-in to check-out, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The rooms were impeccably clean, and any request was promptly addressed with a smile. The dining experience was delightful, offering a diverse menu and top-notch service. The rooms are good cosy and hygienic. The food is good and received delicious veg food. The staff and the owners are very hospitable, polite and cooperative. Would recommend for customised trips to Kashmir as they also prepare good itinerary and take good care of the visitors
