Hotel Dal Rim

I stayed in this hotel 4 days in August .. I like the hotel most very best location dal lake shikara ride just outside the hotel .. No restaurant in this hotel we go out in dal lake for dinner and breakfast good food at reasonable rate punjabi rasoi it's very near from the hotel.. Auto taxis bus are always available just outside the hotel .. Very good hotel atmosphere. Owner and staffis very very good . Kashmiris are very good people .. Only one bad experience don't take pony ride ever ghodawalas are very bad . No need to take pony ride .. U can do bargaining for shikara I have rs 200 only for 2hours shikara .. Rs 700 for hotel ||Taxis available for gulmarg and pahalgam they rs 2000 for up and down for personal taxis if u want to save money go on sharing basis .. Or local taxis from stand they rs 80 for 1 passenger these taxis are also vey good they are easily available to go and for coming back to hotel .. Just avoid pony ride in gulmarg do gondola ride and pahalgam take taxi for sightseeing..

Stayed in this hotel during our visit to Kashmir in the month of May 2014. The hotel is very near to Dalgate. The owner as well as the staff are very well-mannered. Enjoyed staying there. Dal Lake is just a few yards away and from some rooms, lake can be seen.

We two stayed here for 2 nights in Sep. Te rooms are clean and big. Very close to Dal Lake. You get Hot water to bath. The hotel manager is a nice gentleman. And it was cheap compared to other hotels. ||||Not a very fancy or luxury hotel. But if you are looking to find a cheap clean room to stay for few days then it is a good place to stay.

It's inside a very thin lane. Portable water is a problem here or I guess everywhere in Kashmir. Rooms are nice but charges are higher.....we paid 2000/room

I stayed in this hotel for 4/5 days in june-july'2014.The hotel is just near Dal Gate but not too expensive like other hotels there near Dal.Homely Atmosphere,Clean n well maintained. The behaviour of the staffs and the owner just touched our heart.They even called us for a DAWAT on the Eid Night which was O'sum.Would luv to stay there again.

Very bad experience from there, they guy in counter he is nice, good behavior, but those who sit out side maybe managers, or own that property those people they miss leading to us first one they said to dal lake to sonamarg more than 220 km actually 80km, check out time 12pm after visit gulmarg we reached room around 1pm, we said we gonna check out we can keep our baggage our car, they said after sikkar ride u can take baggage it's no issue, but after sikkar ride we came 4pm they charged 1day room rate extra for late check out, still they are telling us can't go military will not allow to ride they will catch, very risky road many concerns.. But we have confidence we left from there we reached safely in sonamarg no issues.. I can't give 1star also without star i can't give this Comment.. Please Take care travelers those kind of people and hotels 🙏🏼

The place was good to hang out with friends and family. I have enjoyed my time there. It could have been better if service was great.
