Hotel Grand Inn Dalake srinagar

Worst experience of my life the hotel rooms are literally worst . They gave us dirty pillow and blanket . The toilet was even worse there was literally Faeces stain in the toilet . The staff was very rude . They literally dont care about there customers . Please dont come my Srinagar hotel stay was ruined by them .

My recent stay at Hotel [Grand INN] left much to be desired. The conditions were far below standard, resembling a pigeon's sanctuary rather than a reputable hotel. Despite booking for my regional head, the lack of responsiveness from the receptionist was concerning, with repeated attempts to contact them for basic needs going unanswered, even after ten calls. This level of service is unacceptable and requires immediate attention from the management. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars)

Very poor service and all beds are totally smelly like cigarette smell so don't go

Only lodging. Rooms standard as per rate. No food. Don't take extra facilities like cab or other services. Else you might repent later.

Hotel staff are super helpful but I found my room to be dirty and bunch of hairs were laying here and there. Rooms are good for the price and location is also good as it's near to dal lake. If you are travelling single and tight on budget then you can check this hotel for sure.

Fantastic hotel 🏨 Grand inn Dalake srinagar, I feel name is enough, it contains weight and I felt same while staying . My all family members really feel home like feeling. That is all from my side. Staff, management, rooms, washrooms, upto mark 100 percent paisa wasool.
