The Martin's Group Of Houseboat

What a beautiful experience it was in Martins Houseboat! Right from the booking phase up to the departure from the houseboat, Mr Sajad was very accommodating and helpful. It is located in Nigeen Lake - a calm, serene location and not at all crowded. The interior of the houseboat was elegant with intricate work and lovely sitting areas. There are also bookshelves and you could enjoy your read with a cup of Kahwa sitting on the balcony. Very dreamy indeed! Our family of four had an authentic Kashmiri dinner which gave a feel like home. Breakfast was top notch too! Would love to visit in the winters too! Special thanks to Mr Sajad who treated us like family and shared experiences of life in Kashmir, how the houseboat was built, other places to visit in Kashmir and so on.. The houseboat stay was amazing, very clean rooms and a great hospitality and food. Sajad have been very prompt in solving all our travel related issues. Being a woman traveller i will rate them 5 stars for everything. Also never book anything in dal lake as its really crowded if you are looking for solace and harmony you should take houseboats here in niggen lake. Thank you team!!!

Ohh....I stay 1st time in houseboat and my experience was amazing, the houseboat was so well managed and the owner helped us a lot. The service of the houseboat was too good. Sajad bhai booked a cab to pick and drop to airport. They make our trip so easy. Thank you you so much for your kindness. 😊😊

We had booked this houseboat 1 month prior of our stay date then also the owner canceled reservation 1 day prior to our stay telling some technical problem of houseboat(don't know whether genuine issue or not). We told him to arrange for other houseboat which was not so good,no view.

One of the best experience of Kashmir is the Martin houseboat. Very beautiful heritage property. Amazing hospitality by the owner and staff.. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

That's is called Hospitality & Warm welcome to Kashmir, My guest Dr Nasim & his family is on Kashmir tour yesterday they visited Zojila Pass at Sonmarg, There was huge traffic Jam in Zojila my guest back to Srinagar by 02 am. He checked in at Sajad Ah Kawa Houseboat. Mr Sajad welcome guest at 02 am with smile and served them hot & delicious food. #Kashmir_Heaven_On_Earth !! The best houseboat experience we had in Srinagar it's luxurious rooms all of have Wooden carving interrior ,it has Spacious Room's with Attached bathroom rooms has Bed heaters it's an must in the Night while sleeping,great food homely food atmosphere is very calm peaceful environment sun rises and sunset is too pleasent u can also do shikara in the evening value for money
