So we got on Dilshad Houseboats at the serene Nigeen lake .(Dec 1st week)|The lavish houseboat and the homely food straight out from the owner's house made our stay very dreamy. The intricately detailed houseboat with wood work was a spectacle .|The owner Riyaz was very friendly & helped us with the planning of our trip which made it both comfortable & affordable. All thanks to him.|Highly recommending the Dilshad houseboats & the sweet owner!|P.s. They also provide shikara ride .

Mr. Riyaz is a warm & welcoming houseboat owner who takes you through the wonderful property. Sit in the living room of the houseboat, sip the warm Kawah and let Riyaz take you through the mesmerizing stories of Kashmir and its life. The sunset shikara ride is the cherry on top! Must visit.

The food was great. It was home cooked. We were bored eating hotel food everyday and were delighted by this change. The host was friendly. The houseboat was beautiful and had a good vibe. Hot water was available. They provided breakfast packed as we had to leave early next day.

We had the fortune of finding this place by looking at the good reviews across all platforms. ||Mr Riyaz truly took care of us with every bit of the itinerary tailored to our preferences. The food, ambiance and hospitality were top notch. Nothing like the taste of home cooked food.||We really appreciate Mr Riyaz's honesty where he saved us a lot of trouble and making sure our entire trip was seamless.

The houseboat was charming with a view of the fort and the lily pads. Our host Riyaz took care of every detail and Akram took very good care of us, supplying many meals and delicious tea. The bathroom needs some updating, but otherwise all the rooms very clean.
