Wonderful family managing the property, food is homely and reasonably priced. Great view of the sunset on the Nigeen lake from the balcony of the houseboat. The serene setting and availability of WiFi makes it an ideal location for working from home. Mobile network coverage of Jio is also good.

Yes 5 star for their great hospitality and our experience we get. We went to stay for a single night and after it we make it for next 2 more days. Its love to be stayed in a houseboat. If you are in Srinagar/Kashmir and not stayed in a Houseboat you will miss an amazing experience. :)

Wonderful experience at that place gorgeous view amezing property awasome food, I was the only one who is staying on that day so the the staff I mean nadeem is there and give me a good company we talked a lot about the place about boathouse, and lots of other things he also help me and provide a cab in very short time I was feeling that I was in my own home now I planning to go there with my whole family. And suggest you to go there and enjoying

In our entire Kashmir trip .. booking this place was a only mistake and worst interaction we had with anyone is its caretaker...myself and my husband didn't not stayed here as we were asked to pay extra than online amount ... despite money the attitude is not at all friendly ...not to mention hotel was under renovation and location is far away from main area and isolated..i will not recommend this for family...i feel positive reviews or either paid or posted by owner themselves.. please be aware and once you reach here you won't have even network to try some other place 😅

its Best houseboat to stay in srinagar . With best quality service and also having awesome view of the lake..i will highly recommend this property..if you are in srinagar you must visit once...

I have booke in Feb 2022 for stay in March .. however hotel denied check in as they felt booking amount is lesser ...and asked Rs 1300 extra ...and location is very much isolated ,room were not maintained or under renovation most importantly i didn't like the attitude of the person receiving me ...since I was with my wife ..paid 500 to auto guy and reached Dal lake area and booked a different house boat ... OYO helped me with full refund ... please avoid booking this property
