Hotel Navratna Palace

We stayed at room no 812. Room was not clean and not maintained properly. The bed they provided is as hard as rock. Washroom was worst. There is no place to hang clothes in Washroom and it stinks. They took extra money for third member and just add a mattress on floor with cockroaches. Room service phone was not working. Even the door was hard to open. So if you are looking for a place where you get money for being tortured this is the one.

Good for a quick stopover, if that's what you are looking for, and that's mostly what you will get! No frills no nonsense type of place. Probably was good when it first started, but we ended up changing rooms for a faulty bathroom. No restaurant, so you will have to look for food elsewhere. Saving grace is the fact that it's right opp the city's mall.

Positive:Hotel close to city centre mall and close to central railway station. Rooms are wide enough. Has good connections with travel agency and offered a good driver. Manager dhayalan shetty is good and ready to accept feedback. People are courteous.Negatives: Room didn't had hot water facility on day 1. Repeated complaint had helped to get somewhat which is usuable hot water. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant to dine in, however room services are available. Room rate non ac seems touch expensive. TV remotes needs battery change and intercom not working. The commode in toilet needs to be cleaned post each check out. There are 2 lifts and only one on operation.

Hotel is at a good location, but the quality of rooms offered is cheap to the price it is offered. Rooms are charged at a higher price than the standard pricing for new customers (this is what we were told by the receptionist). Pest control needs to be done.

Stayed with family a week ago. Hotel is centrally located. Room and bathroom were both large, but furniture and fittings were old, requiring maintenance. Hot water supply is supposed to be only in the mornings. Luckily, room boys delivered hot water in buckets when we reached in the afternoon. We could not get hot water next day morning; we were told "hot water got over, as all rooms are fully occupied". Has a pantry on one of the floors. When we ordered soup, were told "sorry, cook has left early due to ongoing festival". But other food items ordered were supplied and was ok. Staff were courteous. Overall, room and service may be considered just ok for the price.

The staff was not at all cooperative. My freind was staying here and had a booking for 2days. They just stayed some hours there and requested for a refund for the second day. They refused. The reason was we made a booking through make my trip. So never use make my trip and this navarathna hotel combination. Not recommended to stay at all

Strategically located, decent rooms, pricing is also OK, but waah-rooms are not good. Shower bath doesn't work, and water just spills over anywhere other than your self. Conference hall is good for small events. Needs improvement.

Poor maintenance of the washrooms,dirty water etc. The pics updated on Google versus the room is different very very dirty and untidy. Also the prices mentioned in the website is different and the price told while you check in is different. Suggest none to visit this stay.
