Hotel Residency Park

Very good hotel at nominal price. I called and booked for 4 hours, for refreshing. They agreed for minimal amount and gave a room after cleaning. Rooms are neat. Bathrooms are good too

Every one are very humble. Service is excellent. Rooms are nice and very clean. Happy to stay there and will be staying here onwards when ever I come to Mangalore. I strongly recommend this place

Located right in the centre of the city. With City center mall around 600m walkable distance from it. It's located right next to masjid. Parking is a issue since they don't have dedicated parking space and have to park on footpath. The rooms decent and well maintained. standard rooms start from 1100 and deluxe 1500. They also offered us complementary breakfast. No lift available so have to climb stairs.

Overall, the place is affordable, and it delivers for the price it is situated at. The service is good, and the food tastes good too. During my stay, I did not have much to complain about. If you are looking for a simple accomodation, with good food, located near the centre of the city, Hotel Residency Park is definitely not a bad option.

My friend booked this hotel in February 2015 as a last resort as the whole of Mangalore hotels had been booked for an international Doctor's conference. Since then I had stayed in this hotel four times it was convenient and very good for the budget. The rooms are clean, the staff courteous and nice and have a restaurant on the ground floor. Food is brought to the rooms if asked for and decent menu too.||It is good for a business class traveler for one or two days. But I did not like the toilets near the entrance door and I found that there is no exhaust fan and that makes it smelly as you enter. But the rooms and toilets are always kept clean and neat. Complimentary Breakfast, of course, you cannot choose and there is no variety and is brought to the room.||You have to stop your vehicle on the road, no parking area but its safe and the security takes care of it.||||Overall its a penny's worth.

Rooms were clean. Good service in terms of cleanliness. Everything was good except for an incident on the second day. While returning to the room, there was really bad odour of cigarettes in the room; specifically "only in our room". We were three females, and as soon as we informed it to the reception, a cleaning staff I think, he came in to the room and without enquiring he sprayed the air freshener and went away. Nothing happened but we were afraid to stay there afterwards.

A nice place to stay and a nice place to eat..unexpected surprise for us.. worth the cost.. value for money.. desk people support u very well.
