Hotel Manorama

A very decent hotel. Very simple, neat and clean rooms. If you're looking for a budget hotel, definitely recommended. Best part is their 24x7 check in policy.

Very rude behaviour by manager. He feels we are at the mercy of him. Extremely unprofessional. You can rather stay in any temple instead of staying here. The hotel is very unhygienic. You can see cockroaches inside the room. They don't provide soaps,towel, water unlesss we go to the reception and ask for it daily. They did not clean room inspite of asking several times and manager said it is not his responsibility to ensure cleanliness.

I have recently visited Manorama Hotel and experienced a lot of problems like yellow colored water, smelly and dirty bedsheets, towels were looking like unwashed , water flush not working . One of the rarest experience is that the receptionist , Whenever I say him about the problem he was refusing and simply said that why are telling to me , and said If you don't like the hotel just get checked out don't explain me about the problems. I think they need to place a professional and educated receptionist. I will ask you only one question that If you are not able to give valuable service to the customers then why are you charging that much cost for every minute. I reported that more than 4 days the TV was not working, landlines was not working, but the only answer I have received from the receptionist is that why are you telling to me. Sorry to say that this is not good and you are thinking that you are the only service provider in the entire city, May be you need to look around city and give service to the customers accordingly because they are paying for that only. This is one of the worst service I ever had in my life.

Receptionist and me pickedup a fight. They need to place an professional and educated receptionist. I did not felt like a guest. I am bike rider who travels to multiple cities in the country. I am sorry to say this. But, this is one of the worst service I ever had in my life.

Good in respect of hospitality. But during this time visit i was little bit discomfortable due to non working of TV, non availability of Hot Water in the washroom even they could not serve hot water for drinking on request this time.

I recently stayed here, Rooms are OK, quite spacious, but charging plug points don't work, they are limited, Intercom does not work, There was yellow muddy water in the Tap.... V bad experience with the staff... They dont inform at the time of check in that they wont provide extra time for checkout, and later they demand us to pay the entire day rent for one hour extra, or 2 hrs, even for one minute extra, They are charging for whole day... They are just fleecing the customers.. Where as many other hotels oblige when we take 2-3hrs extra for checing kout... Do not suggest this hotel to anyone...

I recently stayed at hotel manaroma during my visit to Mangalore, and it was an excellent experience. Very reasonable prices. The hotel was extremely clean, and the attention to hygiene was noticeable throughout my stay. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes.One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s situated in a prime spot, right beside City Center Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining out. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with great food and a superb location in Mangalore, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very neat place for the price they charge. it looks as it is shown in the photo.very very close to manglore central.from junction it is a bit far.autos easily available.udupi restaurant is right in front and you get delicious food and snacks.The y have tie up for vehicles too.Very safe.we were two ladies travelling alone. Have booked again.
