New royal lodge

Worst hotel I have ever been to. And they wanted me to pay 2200. The ceilings were falling off. The room had a pungent smell. The door was not able to be locked properly. The toilet had no cleanliness. The health faucet was cut off. The bed sheet had holes.

What a place! Staff spoke great english. Rooms were clean and tidy! It's one of those places that just had a special energy. You feel there is an ethos there that is unmatched. I couldn't recommend this place more! What a beautiful hotel. Would stay there for three weeks if I could. Some great bars and restaurants nearby as well to get tucked into.

The worst lodge I have ever seen in my travel experience... They're charging extra fees as convenient fees and @booking.com not at all verified or visit the location, simply they mentioned all accommodations are given and fake images are posted on the website. Worst rooms, there is a big hole in the siling and wash rooms are worse than public toilet, the lodge manager are very rude with us he betrayed us to take rooms for mentioned money in app or else to pay the 2k to leave his lodge and they're worst and unprofessional staff..., they created a very big scene there and we called to police to slove the issue unfortunately police also supported the hotel staff just because they are local to there. I kindly recommend NOT TO VISIT THIS HOTEL, I saw people fighting in the reception for the cheating by the hotel... Very bad manners towards the customer from the reception guy and not at responding properly. Very unsafe to stay. Overall WORST WORSEST!!! 1 star is also not worth!!

Worst lodging experience after paying only they show you the room paid 1600 for non AC room broken door broken tap worst maintainance that time itself I wanted to check out they will not refund the money rude behaviour money scammer I never forget this worst experience

This room is very very bad,bathroom are blocked, AC not working, and we booked room in online we paid full amount but we don't want that room,they didn't refund our money and owner and staff behavior is very bad they don't know Kannada also,they cheated us.and they didn't refund our money My special advice please don't go that room Staff behavior is very rude...

Please don't stay here as they scam people saying , there are no rooms and you have to pay extra as only one delux room available.After fighting they agree on room , and after seeing the room you will be disappointed as it's not as shown online in pictures, only lift looks posh, and rooms are like forcibly created with Jugaad, Not clean, ciggerate buds,smell, suspicious, In bathroom window glass was missing, no proper lights in room, Staff and reception people are rude.Not good for family people.Please don't get fooled, It's a serious review.

if you want be scammed, this i good spot! on booking the price was 1800 rupies, they wanted to charge us 3000 for no reason, no more words needed, we left!
