Rooms are filthy. Bathrooms have broken glass/window panel. Visible from outside. Poor maintenance and non hygiene beds and rooms. Staff needs to be trained on customer service. (I cannot put the comments made by them here)I have left the room in an hour without refund. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the family.

The Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. The washroom was also good. The huge space in the room, can have 3 extra beds too. It's located in the City center also. Family and Kids friendly Hotel.

It's worst experience in this hotel. Cost too much but service not gud. We r taken room they are given one room, tv not working properly, no bedsheet one towel is there that not washed properly. No a c room no fan nothing. Compare to other hotel it's an worst experience for me. For my suggestion if any one want search room means please try other hotel, don't come this hotel. I given for 0 star for this hotel. Waste of money. Simply i spend 1400 fr this hotel

The only reason for giving 1 star and writing this review is because of the manager at this place - very bad and rude behaviour of the manager towards the people who have come to stay at the hotel, no enough parking place for the vehicles, he would give many excuses and if asked would respond very rudely. Behaves as if he is doing favour on us by providing the rooms which we have booked. And when after so much of argument he got the parking space cleared, and also the rooms which he said aren't available - got them done. Worst experience ever in the hotel only because of the manager - otherwise rooms are very clean and comfortable and hotel is located near or inside the city of Mangalore

After an easy check-in, we were offered neat and clean and comfortable rooms which had all the basic amenities. Staff members were helping in nature. All our requirements were properly met. I had a pleasant experience over here.

A great place to spend quality time with family without any kind of hassle. Check-in was quick and smooth. Rooms comes with comfortable furniture and are neat and clean. Locating the hotel was not a problem. A must visit according to me.

Those reading this, please dont check in to this hotel. We made a mistake by paying them 1800/- 1. There was no water in toilet, while enquiring they said the pump is under repair. After repair the water we got was not even safe/brownish . Just 🤮 2. Bed is soo hard, feels like sleeping on floor. 2. No towels,soap, telephone etc. had to ask them and they said they don't have any in stock. 3. Lift does not work, you have to carry your luggage. 4. Very poor customer service. They talk in such a way that, they are doing a favor by letting you stay their. 5. We stayed in 110, room lockes out itself if you keep the key inside the room. You will be left stranded outside. Inshot, I would never book this hotel again and never advise you guys to book them too. Ps:pictures of the water
