Flagship Hotel Pearl Malabar

As i have stayed here before also but now this hotel is a boy - girl setting hotel. Generally it is biggest failure of police. Managar is rude in nature i have booked for 10 days with family and next day when i asked to change the bed-sheet but manager said he can’t change. After 3 days he changed then we decided this is the worst’s condition for customer service. I have booked 2 room so that day we decided to leave the hotel. It’s request to owner of hotel to take needful action as i know the owner have 10-15 hotel. Manager name is Mohammed bhai.

My stay at Flagship Hotel Pearl, which I booked through Oyo for a conference in Kochi, left a significantly negative impact. To start, upon check-in, they demanded cash payment, despite advertising that they accepted UPI and cards as payment options. This inconsistency was frustrating. The room conditions were equally disappointing, as they were far from clean, making the stay uncomfortable. The absence of a bathroom door latch added to the discomfort and privacy concerns. Additionally, the hotel claimed to provide free WiFi, but it was not available during my entire stay, causing inconvenience. To make matters worse, without any prior notice, the property manager abruptly stopped the water supply for nearly three hours. This unexpected inconvenience further compounded my dissatisfaction with the stay. All these issues combined to create a very unpleasant experience, and I strongly discourage others from staying at this hotel.

I would say this was not a satisfactory stay The room had a cable but no TV. The surrounding area is not hygiene. Charge for room is 800rs Overall ambiance is not good Plus points Washroom was decent but there was delay in water facility North railway station is very close Seems good for couples but not sure.

I booked it via goibibo for 2 days. Much to my surprise i found the room to be extremely horrible and small. The bathroom is smelly aswell. No people in their senses can stay here for more than 2/ 3 hours. We cancelled our booking and got a better hotel instead after talking to goibibo people. Please dont waste your money for this pathetic hotel. I would rather stay on road than visiting this hotel. I wish i could give it negative stars. Last but not the least wifi mobile charger nothing works here.

Pls don't believe the ratings given to this hotel coz I'm sure those are fake reviews. I checked in to the room to find the rooms smelling foul. They sprayed room freshener but no use. The bedsheets and pillows smelled of sweat. We could hardly sleep in a room like that which was too conjugated too. The one star is only because its next to ernakulam North railway station platform and is good for ppl to reach from station. Pls never ever book this.. Even oyo had fooled me for the first time in this case. Look at the chair in our room

I have stayed in room for 3 days. Changed the room twice due to poor furniture, door and room cleanliness. Cons. No hot water. No housekeeping. Damaged linen. Poor wifi. Uber access very delay. Pros. Walkable distance to North Railway station. Reception boys are nice, but they are helpless providing facilities.

I had stayed in this hotel for two nights, booked through MMT and Goibibo. Hotel is situated very close to Ernakulam Town Railway station. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. All the room amenities are provided without asking. AC was really superb, no noice super cool. Personalised service, especially from the Manager was worth mentioning. Hot water available round the clock. All these at unbelievable pricing. Thank you very much. Would like to come back and recommend

I booked prepaid through oyo, but the hotel charge me extra when i reach there because of me getting low rate from oyo. Very worst attitude and situation from the hotel. Didn't experience anything like this from any hotels i have visited. Room was not cleaned with no tv and paint from the some portion of the wall were tearing apart. Bedsheet and pillow cover was not tidy at all. Only positive thing is its close to North railway station. Won't visit again👎
