Great experience staying at this hotel. Free airport shuttle to and from airport was a smooth ride. Shuttle arrived very fast for pick up from airport. Very warm welcome at reception when we reached there around 7:45 pm by a gentleman. He also offered us slight late check out option. Mr Rix was also helpful during our checkout as he helps us located foreign exchange service close by. Really god breakfast and friendly staff. I would recommend this place.

Terrible experience. Bedsheets and towels were smelling badly. No AC Remote/controls in the room. Called for AC remote 3 times and nobody responded. Waited around 30 minutes for checkin in reception area even though I called and informed the arrival time hours before...

I’m currently staying at Hotel Presidency, which claims to be a 4-star property, but it’s more like a 2-star (or less). The lobby may look decorated, but the rooms and especially the washroom are in desperate need of an update. The bathroom feels like it was transported from 2002, and I’ve attached pictures to prove it. I booked through Agoda, and they’ve been completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. I’m paying 6k per night for a room that’s not worth a single dime. If you don’t believe me, check Agoda – there are filters for every detail except the washroom, because if we knew what we were getting, we wouldn't have booked it. Honestly, I don’t feel like I’m staying in a hotel room; it feels more like I’m in someone’s old house – but I’m still paying for it. Whoever is rating this Hotel anything above 3 stars doesn't know what a 4 star hotel is in the first place. I could have booked Radisson in this rate and stayed comfortably. Moreover I am here in Kochi for my mother's operation and visiting family and had to made her stay at a different hotel because of hygiene issue in this place! In the pictures you will see how outdated the place is! Extremely disappointing experience! **Update Review:** I am updating this review after spending 10-12 hours trying to get a refund, and honestly, it was an exhausting ordeal. I won’t go into every detail, but here’s the bottom line: **do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.** If you still decide to stay here, avoid **Room 301** at all costs and be wary of one particular staff member—**Thomas**—a bald man at the front desk. He is not only unprofessional but a blatant liar with zero ability to take constructive criticism. Here’s what happened: Thomas lied to us when we complained again today morning. He claimed he would speak to the management about our concerns and adjust the price for one night, but he conveniently failed to mention that he **was the manager**. He disappeared for 20 minutes, and when we asked another staff member for the manager's number, they gave us *Thomas's* number instead. I called him, thinking I was talking to someone else, and went outside to find a quiet place to discuss the issue. Imagine my surprise when I saw Thomas in the parking lot, picking up my call, and pretending he was "stuck in traffic" as the "manager." Even when confronted, he continued to lie, saying he’d be there in 10 minutes—yet he never showed up. To make matters worse, he and another staff member spoke in Malayalam, assuming we couldn’t understand, mocking us and admitting that the room was bad while justifying overcharging us. Despite all this, they still deducted ₹6,000 from the refund. This so-called "4-star hotel" is anything but. The service is abysmal, the staff is deceitful, and the management lacks integrity. Save yourself the trouble and book with **Ibis** or **Radisson** instead—you’ll get better service for the same price. This place is a complete **FRAUD**, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Receptionist attitude is not matching with the standards of hotel ☺️ ! When I came with my friend to the hotel , a receptionist with beard behaved as if he is the emmigration officer😂😂 , even after I told him, I ll pay for an extra bed , he insulted me infront of my firend , these kind of attitude from receptions will kill the hotel end of the day.... I dont reccomend any fellow buddies to book this hotel for your funtabulous stay in Kochi... this receptionist will worsen your day and night.. I personally ask sorry for these kind of behaviours from a malayalee staff 🥲to ma fellow travellers ... Kerala is God's own country!!! Dont judge Kerala by these kind of worst attitudes🙏
