Park Royale

Good rooms at affordable rates. The staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There are a few shops nearby for easy access. Although the toiletries provided were not adequate, the overall experience was really good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and cheap place to stay

I stayed at this hotel from December 26th to 30th, 2013 where we booked two deluxe rooms for the family of four. The hotel management yet to learn what it means to run a hotel. The hotel does not have restaurant but there are plenty of eating places within 5 minutes walk. No hot water and when the hot water comes through the shower it stops half way through the bath. Twice I started the shower with hot water and finished it with cold water. Other times hot water was provided in buckets. The air condition in one of our rooms did not work and when it was brought to the notice of the receptionist, they were unsuccessful to fix it as only the fan worked but the air condition itself did not work. Automatically AC shuts off even if the timer mode was put off. We were charged for AC room while in actual reality it was a non AC room. ||||The hotel staff were good and did their best to solve all the problems we brought to their notice but since they are new to this industry they are unable to satisfy us. I wish they learn about the hotel management and run the hotel in a professional way.

We came for dinner at this restaurant and were quite pleased with the food. It was nothing special and far from being the best indian food. All the food was saucy and had a Chinese twist which surprisingly tasted good. Overall, above average food however not a very welcoming nor appealing environment.

The location is the only thing worth staying here. Otherwise its a dumpster of a place. The place shows enough signs of neglect. Would definitely tell you to refrain from coming here even if you get a sweet deal online or something, got trapped like that. The owners are not bothered about the place, so why should you risk it. The "one" staff member i saw here was helpful and cordial.

it was gud of them to accomodate so many at short notice and give neraby rooms to all of us..its right in the heart of the city.. gud food available just opposite to the hotel.. rooms are quite gud.. was a pleasant experience staying at the park royale!

This hotel is nice. Good for bangladeshi also. Because every hotel doesn't accommodate bangladeshi people.

I am a Bangladeshi, I never thought I was in another country, everyone in the hotel is very sincere,hotel is on the side of the main road, it seems like a good choice for me
