Coastal Residency

I recently spent one night at Coastal Residency and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable . The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower I also appreciated the extra towels and toiletries provided. The room had a great view of the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Coastal Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. *Pros:* Comfortable bed, clean room, modern amenities, friendly staff *Cons:* None notable

Good hotel nice location homely foods, me and my husband came from Dubai when we arrived the cochin airport then only we realise that we need the hotel vouchers for the paid quarantine suddenly the health dept gave us list of paid quarantine list and we choose coastal residency and we ask for the voucher and it takes hardly 5 minutes they send us the vouchers especially i want to tell about their service awesome if we ask something within 5 min it will reach in our room. I recommend this hotel for paid quarantine

Myself and Nair Sir are really grateful to Mr Suresh ,Renjith ,Shahul Hameed and Ansu for their wonderful care all these days .we didn't have a feeling that we r away from home ..Really thankful for ur tasty homely food ...A great place to stay .I strongly recommend this small ,but humanly hotel for every one. Didnt notice that our quarantine days went very quickly .. Once again thanks a lot for every staff

Hotel Coastal Residency is a best budget hotel in Kochi . I booked a room here for 2 nights via OYO and I payed in total Rs.2400 which was a great deal.Hotel Rooms are super comfortable and it is not less than a 4 star hotel in comparison to rooms & services.I received complimentary breakfast for both the days .Owner Suresh is a gem of a person and he will try to help you and make you feel comfortable with all his efforts. had a great time in Kochi & met some very good people Mr.Suresh is one among them.Be careful while booking the hotel through OYO it was Wrongly Mapped at the time I arrived there.There is a Restaurant just below the Hotel name MASH .You can search location by searching MASH restaurant if you find it difficult to locate the hotel. Highly Recommeded

STAY- This hotel was a paid quarantine center (for Covid-19 April 2020) in ernakulum. My friend and I (TWO PEOPLE)were there for one week for quarantine after returning from abroad. SERVICE- According to their (quarantine) guidelines, they were supposed to provide us with "two bed sheets", we were given only one. Even after requesting them a few no. of times, THE MANAGER WAS KEEN TO GIVE EXCUSES BUT NEVER GAVE US AN EXTRA BED SHEET. The service was done with a contempt. They were focussed on TAKING PAYMENT from us but SERVICE WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK. When we asked them about it, THEY GAVE AN EXPLANATION, BRAGGED ABOUT THEIR FACILITIES ("that usuallywe have a cafe, restaurant, and it is good, becuase it is a quarantine center now, that is why we couldn't do so much) AND DISREGARD IT. Though it is a quarantine center we paid 5000/day and all we got was unclean pillow covers (changed only after we checked in and mentioned that were unclean and smelly) and bed sheets has stains!. FOOD- Since it was quarantine, the meals were limited. They meals tasted fine, once uncooked. Bottom line - It wasn't a great stay. (And they also make sure to ask if it was nice). RESPONSE/FARE -No proper response when we had questions about returning home (i.e. in Tamil Nadu), the manager loses his temper very quickly. Impolite and sarcastic. He did help us by dropping us in Kerala/TamilNadu border (From Ernakulum to Walayar ~200Km) and charged us a fare of 8500 INR.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for quarantine after booking only we saw the review but our experience in this hotel was beyond our expectations Best budget hotel in Kochi for paid quarantine Good service,food staffs nice location calm place ,I like this place

Amazing place to spend your night near Kochin marine Drive and lake. Good stay. Kerala Hotel with very good restaurant.
