A 50+ year old establishment which runs on ethics and morals is rare to see today in materialistic world. More than the rooms it's the owner Mr. Girish Menon who needs to be commended for their great service and support going beyond his normal responsibilities as an owner of the business

Worst hotel for stay, I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Owner is very rude and does not having any sense to speak. He says he is doing this business from 52 years but does not know basics of business. Room - Very old walls, stinky smell in room. They do not provide hot water. Bathrooms are not cleaned. Commode is in very bad condition. Overall if you want to stay in hell, just go for it...

I never find a Budget hotel in and around heart of Ernakulam.I specially Thankful to Mr.Girish Menon &Mrs Girish Menon for their dedication to serve the guest @ any time.I personaly thankful for the service which they provided me.

Really bad experience in Dwarka hotel, rude owner, senseless & does not have any manners to speak with customer.||Very dirty beds and bathroom, commode is in bad condition.||Stinky rooms, just out of hell experience. Please do not stay here and waste your time and money.

Most comfortable. Pleasant homely stay, services was as if from a long deep relationship. Felt a slight pang seeing the changes in structural building, nostalgically reminded of the old dining hall. Yet, with personal touch, we felt very comfortable. Who can ever deny the ideality of location, especially in Ernakulam. Thank you, Dwaraka.

Hotel is located at a place which is close to railway station and right on the main road. The team running the hotel are excellent especially the hotel owner. They treat everyone like the family.

Really had a bad experience while enquiring. The person who is attending the call was so arrogant and rude who could not even share a picture of the rooms available when enquired about. Asking us to look for another rooms where he cant send pictures… such a lazy staffs who doesn’t even know how to handle customers in a peaceful manner.

I have stayed in the hotel since 1973 and found it homely. Service was always with a smile and when they had their own restaurant, before the Covid, food quality also was very good. I will recommend this hotel for those who need a comfortable stay friendly service and do not look for frills like bar and night club.
