Hotel O DH Road Ernakulam

So pathetic condition and very bad service. Rooms and toilets are smelly, not clean, not provided any blankets turkey or anything. No parking space available. We parked in roadside on our risk. Never recommend or choose next time

Oyo is advertaising as well as rather than existing condition of the room here.There are AC and TV in the discription in the amnities of the oyo application.They are totally exagragating the existing condition of the room and try to fool us .These are the existing condition of the almirah , there is no air conditioner working properly , there is no television at all , and actually the existing condition of the washroom also was bad.Iam really disapointed with this advertaisement of the room in oyo and their serviece.After i connected to their customer care they are not able to refund for me.Wrost serviece and experience through oyo.

Convenient location with good accessibility. And the restaurant in the ground floor is also not bad. But in terms of service quality, hygeine of amenities , room cleanliness , attitude of reception staff etc they should improve a lot. The rooms are smaller and bathrooms are not clean enough compared to other Oyo rooms. The air conditioning is also worst with no control over the temperature

Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was quite busy, all tables full but did not have to wait very long before a table came free. Ordered the Koonthal (squid) roast, Kappa curry, Manchurian gobi, 2 parotas. All had very good flavours, not oily and generous portions for the price. There was just 2 of us and had more food than we could finish.

The room doesn't match with the picture shows on the profile. Dust and bad smell everywhere. The room was not hygienic. I found waste stuff in the toilet which they were not cleaned. There's a huge gap between the window and the wall which tried to fill with cardboard papers. There are lot of mosquitoes in the room due to the waste disposal on the back side of building. The Wifi was not working. Overall it was like a lodge.

Good room. Very noisy due to exhaust system of restaurant below. No bath mat near bathroom door. Excellent location, near to Durbar Hall, Shiva Temple and Marine Drive. Window glass was broken and not closing properly - easy entry for mosquitoes. Comedian staff who want to enter trip code, amount etc by guests in the register, super funny, you don't have those details? If one can bear the exhaust system noise may be a good stay.

The room is not suitable for couples, it is suitable for singles. Room service was very bad, WIFI wasn't working, we kept asking the hotel authorities for fixing the WIFI but they had their own reasons, room washroom door was not well. Room AC filters had dirt inside it and as soon as we got inside the room and turned the AC ON dirt came out from the AC.

Situated at a Walkable distance from South Railway station. Stayed both at single room and double room on different occasions. Single room is small in space but ample space for a single person. Rooms are actually old ones but they have painted it and are trying to keep it clean. Bedsheet was stinky but they replaced it on request. Complementary breakfast is provided in the restaurant adjacent to it. Choices for breakfast are limited but enough to fill your tummy. Overall ok for a single day stay.
