I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother and child, and it was a truly disappointing experience. Our troubles began when we got stuck in the lift. When I called the emergency number, the staff member casually informed me he had gone to buy bananas for breakfast. This lack of urgency was alarming. The breakfast setup was equally frustrating. The dining area was located right next to a toilet, resulting in a persistent bad smell that made it hard to enjoy the meal. Additionally, while the booking promised a Continental breakfast, we were served puttu and kadala curry, which was not what we expected at all. This hotel, that claims to be a 3 star does not have a restaurant for room service. Overall, I found the service inadequate and the facilities poorly managed. I would NOT recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Service stood out, especially the receptionist's exceptionally friendly and welcoming demeanor. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Kochi. Overall, a 5-star experience with attentive staff making guests feel right at home.

We had a Comfortable and Safe stay at this Hotel. The hotel is very Budget friendly. I feel the staffs are polite and friendly towards the customer and I satisfied with their service.Rooms and Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. All together it was a great experience for me and my Family.I would highly recommend this place and would come back to stay here again.

The location is excellent, with rooms that are spacious and well-suited for the budget. The hotel is neat, clean, well-appointed, and nicely maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The service is very good. Ernakulam Junction Station is just 900 meters away, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk. There is an auto/taxi stand right in front of the hotel.

The check-in was simple when we arrived early in the morning. But the room amenities were not up to par. Found 2 live bedbugs on the sheets. Could not sleep at all due to bug bites and rashes. 🙄 Cable worked on the first day and then stopped till checkout. Free breakfast was really tasty. All thanks to chechi. The toiletries could have been better. There was no tissue or proper lighting. The roadside window shade was separated, with a big gap invading your privacy. So be careful. And there were no drawers to keep your items like purse, etc, near your bedside. But there was one big wardrobe which might come in handy in the worst case. Also, the chain lock or the door bolts will not work if you want to secure it more. Actually I got this booking in a deal but all I am asking is better services of what was supposed to be covered in this, as per the booking.com. Customer support of treebo was very prompt and responsive.. people looking for accommodations near VFS should be able to find other great deals in the vicinity. Note- pls avoid taxi service assistance from the hotel reception. Uber for intercity is much cheaper for long drives. But they will convince you to go to private service which is way more expensive. I had to pay 1700inr more than what I canceled on Uber for the same destination plus a 1 hour delay.. so pls do your due diligence..

It's located just adjacent to the main road near Cochin shipyard and in the heart of ekm n near to ekm jn. It's a structure built in a limited space trying to offer what it can but the congestion is there every where. Rooms are ok to suit the rent levied. It's ok if you are just on a transit travel n wish to spend a night.

1. Fantastic and beautiful hosts. 2. Very caring, helpful, room very neat and excellent housekeeping. 3. Great location and wonderful ambience. 4. Free breakfast. 5. Accessibility to metro station, malls, banks and hospitals. Highly recommend to utilise this fine hotel for a pleasant stay.

A well maintained and clean hotel with friendly staffs. The rooms are neatly arranged and feels fresh throughout the stay. The staffs were extremely helpful and kind. Its very close to medical trust hospital and close to other services too. Keep up the good work .
