The location of the hotel is good. Easily accessible and market is at a walkable distance. The property is very average. The rooms are also average. The property is listed as 3 star but it is not at all 3 star. The room size is fine but amenities are poor. The washrooms are also very basic. The hotel has only breakfast available. The service for the buffet breakfast is very slow. They provide only veg breakfast. For lunch and dinner you have to either go out or you can order via Zomato or Swiggy. Overall the stay was just average. Not satisfied.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days with family. The hotel is located in good place near to marine drive. Easy approach for metro and other transport. The room is very spacious. Toilet and bathroom need little more cleanliness. Bathroom door was not locking. The lift need to be cleaned little more. The morning breakfast is very good. It is budget friendly hotel. Only issue is parking. They asked me to park nearby medical shop area and need to move the vehicle by 9am. Otherwise no problem. Recommend for stay.

I never expect such from this hotel. A couple of times I stayed here. But last time it was pathetic. The room was not clean and I booked in booking.com but the room which I got is entirely different from what I say in the app. AC was not working properly. The bathroom was not clean and had a bad smell. The kettle was so working. The staff's behaviour was so bad when they came to the kettle

It was a nice experience staying here. I felt so comfortable and secured. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially for ladies and families.

The locality and stay are good. But they are not considerative and kind. I recently stayed for two days with a late check-in of 12hours. I had requested them to allow me a late check-out and the response was really inhuman. I stayed with my family including my one-year old child. They didn't allow me to extend my stay to make up my train time as I got no option other than to wait at the railway station of 'great modern Kerala' for about 10hours with my kid. I was ready to pay a reasonable amount for extended stay, but the hotel management asked for a full day amount for any extension more than an hour?! My suggestion is being considerate and empathetic make you Human, otherwise you are simply robotic business vultures.

Its a budget hotel for people who are staying just for a day and do not wanna spend too much on the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and accomodating.Only major issue is there is no room service nor any lunch and dinner service.

Located near Durbar hall, easy to reach Marine drive from here. The rooms were good and was not greatly priced. The service was good too. Overall a good stay for a couple at less budget.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at Hotel aiswarya and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival.There were stains on the sheets, dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor 2. Service: The staff was unhelpful and inattentive. Despite multiple requests, my concerns were ignored, and it took hours to get basic assistance. Specially the manager was very rude. Overall i feel disappointed.
