Fort Beach Residency

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. I understand that the property is under new management, and it has clearly made a positive impact — everything felt refreshed, well-organised, and thoughtfully run. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived; every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property was inviting and pleasant. Although it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great job to the team — keep up the excellent work! Had a wonderful stay at Residency Hotel Fort! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—close to major attractions and well-connected.

Pretty standard guest house with outstanding staff. Room was small but clean with a firm but comfy bed and a decent shower. Breakfast was simple and great value, but really it is the staff who make this place stand out. We had booked online for 2 nights and then had a flight cancelled and ended up arriving 2 days late. They were great about rearranging our dates and airport pickup, the driver was a champion when half way to fort Kochi at 5am I realised I had stupidly left my passport at the airport currency exchange and we had to go back. The staff always had a smile and were very polite and hospitable, so we ended up staying an extra night. Thank you for a lovely stay!
