The Fern Kochi, Series by Marriott

We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Hotel, Cochin. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The only issue was with WIFI which didn’t work in most of the rooms. The breakfast spread was excellent with a good mix of local Kerala flavours and continental options. The restaurant team especially Sujeeth and Anup were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The location is convenient as well, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a pleasant and refreshing stay — would definitely choose The Fern again on our next visit to Cochin!

I had a wonderful stay at the Fern Kochi. Soniya called us a day before to understand our itinerary and made a note of every single detail. She even went the extra mile and arranged for a special surprise for us! Anup and Rajan were very helpful in helping us with our requirements and thanks to their quick responses. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of greenery. The breakfast is delicious with the amazing staff ensuring everything is smooth. Thanks to the team at the Fern Kochi, and a special thank you to Soniya for making our stay memorable.

This is our first time in Kerala and we decided to stay at The Fern Kochi which is a Marriott series hotel. We were extremely satisfied with all the amenities provided - the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, the food was great - nice buffet spreads with delicious food. The staff were very polite, respectful and helpful. We could not have had a better stay. Will definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend!!

wonderful 3 days experience with my son , charming vintage atmosphere at “The Fern – An Ecotel Hotel” in Willingdon Island. Nestled against a lush backdrop, a clear turquoise swimming pool and tranquil garden with a stream surrounded by colorful flowers and greenery create a peaceful retreat. The hotel security staff Mr. Nithin& Praveen ) welcomed us warmly, their polite behavior gave us a friendly first impression, and Very professional and friendly front office staffs especially Ms. Soniya Her pleasant and welcoming demeanor, and constant smile, are wonderful qualities in a receptionist. Anaswara ,Albin, & Joyal in theTravancore restaurant who made our dining experience delightful with their attentive service.. had fun experience for Halloween, which likely featured spooky decorations, themed foods, created festive atmosphere , Anaswara was very attentive ,Yeah! Good service can really make an event special. housekeeping staff here is simply amazing( sorry ,I forgot her name / a keralite girl)-Appreciating Her exceptional and consistently attentive service😊 Overall, a pleasant stay ,will be back soon .

We had a wonderful one-day stay-cation at this resort! ✨ The ambience was perfect – calm, peaceful, and away from the hustle of the city. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more refreshing. A special mention to the staff for their warm hospitality – especially Mr. Anand at the restaurant, who made our dining experience delightful with his attentive service. Overall, it was the perfect getaway with friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a serene atmosphere. 🌿💫

We’ve had an amazing 2 day stay at The Fern hotel. All the staff were so welcoming and very happy to help us with. Thanks to Soniya and Kajol at the main desks for welcoming us every morning with a smile. Also thanks to the girl at the door (sorry didn’t capture name) who helped us with our luggage. Restaurant staff were very accommodating to our needs x the hotel is very clean, presentable and friendly x Thank u xx

The staff went above and beyond to male sure we had an awesome experience. Very spacious rooms , vibrant and green pool area. Good breakfast spread. Everything was just perfect. I had made a special request, it was my sister’s birthday so had requested them for a minimal decor in room. They put a lot of effort into it. Placed balloons and cake in the room along with a towel decor and a handmade card. Really appreciate the effort and would love to recommend others and also visit again.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Fern – An Ecotel Hotel! The location on Wellington Island makes it so peaceful and quiet — a perfect getaway. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with great options for both veg and non-veg lovers. The hotel’s beautiful campus adds to the relaxing vibe. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay.
