My stay at Hotel Casa Montana in Munnar was nothing short of delightful. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and paid 7.6k, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the price. While the room had a valley view, it was right next to a station where trucks and buses were constantly parked, so we couldn’t keep the curtains open for privacy. To make matters worse, we had to take cold showers on both days. On the positive side, the room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was really good. Overall, the stay didn’t meet my expectations for the price paid.

Well furnished rooms with essential pieces of furniture. Bathrooms are clean and hot water is provided 24x7. Nice views from the rooms as well except for the huge car/truck parking beside the hotel which can be ignored. They have a restaurant as well where they provide a good buffet breakfast. Many food options nearby. Town is closeby and auto is available.

The rooms and bathrooms of the hotel are very clean, nice, well organized. Not only swimming pool and gymnasium, everything else is available here. Here you will find Avneesh Dada who is a friend, a very good hearted person and a philanthropist. Feel free to rely on that. So you can think about this hotel once you go to Munnar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience . We booked room for 3800 inculding breakfast, we checked in around 11PM . In the room TV is not working, next day morning around 8.45am we went for breakfast, most the food is over and they doesn't have coffee pouch also , when we enquired ,the staff said coffee pouch is over .then again came back to room , the heater is not working 😕. How can we take bath in cooled water in munnar ? After lots of hard conversation with manager for more then 2 hours, hot water started coming in very slow way . Shower is also not working. The entire stay is worst , as a traveller I used to adjust and stay where ever I used to stay , but for me this is very very horrible stay . Specially family people don't try this hotel ,then your trip will me messed with upset . For solo and with frds also I won't recommend. Because they have a policy like 5000rps fine for smoking and drinking alcohol inside the room ..

The rooms are very neat and clean. Overall Property is also very well maintained and the Deluxe Room View is very good. If you get room on the 3rd or 4th Floor, it is worth it.. We stayed here for 2N/3D. Hotel staff need to be trained and they need to improve the overall service. Breakfast options were limited or rather similar on both days, but overall it was tasty. For Lunch or Dinner the best option is to have in nearby restaurants at Munnar Bus Stand which is just 2 kms.

The Hotel, Rooms and view all is amazing. Talking about food and facility it is great. We would recommend to try something specially cooked by Chef Anwar. He is nicer person and fabulous Chef. Overall location, room, food, staff everything and everyone is really Nice and recommendable.

Truly amazing and mesmerizing experience. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. All staff members are very polite. Food is just okay, the location is perfect very near to many attractions
