OYO 6512 Munnar Heaven

Very pathetic experience.rooms are unhygienic,if u stay 24 hrs in this room u will definitely infected by fungal or bacterial infection... Bathrooms are very dirty and full of leakage problems. 2)Location is in city, from here the forest Area, hill top view is 35km away. Nothing is nearby this hotel location. 3) Food is disaster, you will get a feeling that it's unhealthy. 4) whoever reads this review, please be aware and don't waste your holiday trip like us by staying here

Very bad service No mineral water available Low quality mattresses. We tried many times to contact hotel but they haven't responded. Room was like labor class. Smells very bad walls are very bad. Ordered tea at 7 O clock received at 9 after complaining. Not at all recommended

Fine hotel with good ambience and food. Deducting one star as hot water was not available( the staff said that it's available ) and I had to take the bath with cold water and I got sick. Room service and staff are polite and courteous.

Good for a single day stay. Needs to update the aminities like pillow covers and blankets. Neat and clean rooms and friendly staff. Easy to locate the hotel and affordable pricing. Breakfast is okay and the restaurant is at downstairs.

Check-in to this hotel and be ready for your worst experience... Reasons were rooms pics posted were different than actual rooms, and when we raised the issue with Manager then he behaved in utterly disgusting manner and at 10pm (we checked-in via pre-booking app) he said leave the hotel if you want and threatened that whatever you want to do you can do.. Rooms have old dirty furniture which will give feeing like you are in any 'dharamshala' (temple resthouse), rooms have seepage and broken non-maintained doors and windows. overall it was disappointing experience for us.. will never recommend this to anybody..

Hotel is good, toilet is neat and clean, Hotel is located near to munnar town, they have aslo provided complimentary room for Driver. We have requested to arrange dinner but they were not able to provide and also we didn't get any update.

This is one of the worst maintained properties in Munnar. Ambiance is like Red Light Area, so don't even think of going into this place with your family or loved ones. Reception guys are rude and talks as if he doesn't give a damn.

Very bad rooms, staff very arrogant also bed linings were very dirty stayed for 2 days but provided old unwashed linings. Restaurant services are very bad do not eat in restaurant, staff very rude also they charge cheatingly. Do not book this hotel there are good options available at Munnar.
