OYO Hotel Zodiac

The property itself is good, but the manager keeps asking for more money even after confirm booking from oyo. This experience of check in through customer care was so hectic I was checked in around 4 pm. So if you want good property with good staff I won't suggest you this hotel.

I have already booked that hotel & the amount was also already paid. But when I have gone to check in, they asked for extra money in cash form, and told that otherwise if you want to cancel, there will be no refund. Hotel staff also told that to NOT use Oyo app for booking, because hotel is not responsible for amount which is shown by Oyo app.

Highly disappointed with the way I was created by the receptionist. He directly send I am not going to give rooms at this tariff because it is very low and if you have any kind of issues talk directly to oyo it's not my business. If you want room at my place you will have to pay triple the amount of the booking amount. After that I had also called customer care of oyo and did not get any resolution and now in the night time with my family I am searching for another room. Highly irritating and disappointed by oyo. Would never suggest anyone to book any kind of hotels or rooms through oyo.

my initial booking was not accepted by hotel ellite, after lots if calls to oyo ,hotel was changed to hotel zodiac. situated on a very unhygienic place, not at all safe or good for family. hotel price taken was higher than actual, money was not refunded. worst ever experience

Please don't book this hotel through OYO. Some dispute with the hotel people is going on with OYO over rate. Customer's are the sufferers. Please don't rely on OYO, they are cheating their customers and the hotel people simultaneously. Very bad experience with OYO for the second time, which substantiates that OYO people are just cheating. They are not even ready to resolve the issue of the customer, rather they will ask you to shift to another hotel. Hence, keep running from one place to another for accomodation after a long tiring journey. Never Never rely on OYO.

Very low level of service provided,, the way of talking to the receptionist was also bad. When we talked about room book, they asked for 4 times extra money by saying that they cannot get it in this much tariff,

Terrible, they denied checking in, said oyo randomly puts up the wrong price, price not according to their standard. Instead asking for twice the amount i booked through oyo app.

Staff not helpful , extra charges for water , rooms were clean and tidy , ac not cooling well , price is high for the room you get .
