v friendly staff, near to bus stop & railway station, restaurants are nearby as well, like sudama etc. Deluxe rooms are pretty clean, great hospitality!

Disappointed with the overall stay. Firstly, the rooms were in bad shape. Door locks were not working fine, toilet taps were leaking, room was dusty ( renovation in progress) and lots of mosquitoes for the company. Lastly no hot water when you are staying in winter.... Overheard waiters complain to the reception lady that we are complaining for long and ur not fixing it..We upgraded to deluxe and super deluxe as they looked slightly spacious and had these many issues. When complained to reception they promised a refund of extra charges for the deluxe and super deluxe if we call the owner at a certain number but nobody is replying.

We got bad service when we were eating, even after ordering the waiter was not paying attention. Book some other hotel better than this.

Good rooms with room staff behaviour. Food was so good. Over all experience was to good.

Pathetic and nightmare experience ever. The location of the hotel is quite impressive, but the room is not as per the tariff , doors are broken, disruption for AC ,tv. Restaurant price was too expensive and the quantity of food is very much lesser. Some of the staff are good. Note: Think twice before booking this hotel.
