Anandritz Resort Matheran

The resort outlook is very nice and rooms are also clean. The food taste is average but as expected in this location and they provide different varieties of food and pure veg. Their services are also good. You can do many activities in resort and it is nearby to some point like echo point and dam so you can go easily. The horse/ pony and luggage carries persons are always at the resort gate so you can hire them to explore or go back to Aman lodge. Overall, experience was above the average.

If you like exploring places, the one's just for you. There are some broken homes at the back side, which are wonderful. Service a little slow ( they need to put on more people). Would not recommend food. There are other restaurants out there. Pool's fun. Plus it is located in proximity to a few sightseeing points.

It's located amidst nature. Excellent property with a nice ambience. The swimming pool is good. Food is awesome! Need a few improvements in rooms however it's still good.

The rooms and service is okay but the location is very good. The price is reasonable according to the location and time of visit. They also offer outdoor activities for badminton and etc. Overall OK place

Worst place i lived in my lifetime.rooms were dirty.pillow clothes were filthy after complaining staff said pillows are good no need of changing it after telling them again and again they finally changed it. Toilet was broken and was already urinated on toilet seat.we told them to clean it but inspite of cleaning they didn’t do it.we cleaned the toilet seats ourselves. In the morning there was no hot water in the taps as we were promised. We were given a water warming rod. And was coming every 10 minutes to take the rod back. Idiots. Waste of money and mental peace

The location of this resort has a very good interior and the design of this hotel was very great. This resort is very attractive for photos. Always go in this resort by booking the rooms before you want to visits.

Outlook of the Property is very nice and scenic, photogenic but Rooms are in pathetic condition, not cleaned for ages, Bathrooms are worst, hygiene is not on their list at all. Camodes are broken , flush was not working. Wash basin taps not working and leaking, wasting water 24×7. Also there is no Room service facility, thus every time you have to walk all the way to reception desk for anything you need. No hot water facility. All electric wires are hanging out of sockets, hardly a single socket in the room is working. Also they are dumping the waste in the backyard openly, it's a very unpleasant sight and harvesting mosquitoes. Swimming pools are also not clean. Food taste was Good but again no hygiene in the dining hall, cutlery also was not clean. So overall very very very poor hygiene and cleanliness, no maintenance at all.. will never visit again.

मेने मेरी 19 साल की जिंदगी में इनसे बेकार होटल आज तक नही देखा.सिर्फ बाहर से ही ये होटल अच्छा हैं.🙌Worst experience ever.🙏 Rooms need high maintenance.Receptionist says TV & WiFi is Not Working in monsoon😏.Washrooms need to be renovated.🤮 Unhygienic and no cleanliness is maintained.Staff service is very bad and specially named [SANJAY] at reception was very rude and intolerable😡.Food is also Decent.Very much mosquito 🦟 in room. AC off  7AM to 10AM and 7PM to 10PM. Hot Water Time 8 AM to 10AM. I won't recommend anyone this property.😔🙌 I have a proof see👇
