Hotel New Krishna is a decent, budget-friendly option for a short stay. The prices are reasonable, but it's best to check the room before booking to ensure it meets your expectations. The hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the market and train station, and the breakfast ( and other meals) is a nice perk.👍🏻 While they offer amenities like a TV, pool, badminton, table tennis, DJ, and food options, the cleanliness could be improved. They don’t provide toiletries, and the rooms and pool could use some attention. 👎 Overall, it's an affordable last minute place to spend the night if you're not too particular about cleanliness.

This is one of the worst hotel in matheran. Never plan to stay here. They have never cleaned their room. Manager have just booking skill nothing other found him. Manager haven't seen room cleanness ever. the owner is not Gujarati they just do marketing using with gujarati name. Food is average but you will get same food in dinner if you ate in lunch but color and shape is different. You may also get same food on next day. Some lights is for show off nothing works. Water is very dirty even you can not bath using same. You will not get soap, toothpaste etc. This hotel makes your trips worst. refer attached images so you will get more idea.

Unpleasant stay at this hotel. I stayed here for 2 days. Condition of room specially bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket were pathetic. Very arrogant manager. Condition of swimming pool is very bad, you cannot even think of entering it. I recommend never prefer this hotel if you want your trip to be pleasent. Very unsafe for family (specially for kids)stay as 4-5 stray dogs are always roaming around your individual rooms (inside the hotel compound). No security at hotel. Doors are always open.

Had recently visited matheran and had in thi hotel . I really liked the room given to us which was pretty clean and also the washroom was very clean but just one issue was that it was little dark. The location of the hotel is alao good near to the marketplace . The food here served was very delicious included all the three meals, overall a good experience

Worst experience ever it's looks like local lodge rooms not clean food is worse quality washrooms are dirty and water was leaking .Also no proper communication while booking they take advance and saying food included and once you reach they say food will be charged seperately. Also not much varieties in food and food taste like canteen food.

This hotel is very neat and clean, and is at a distance of 5 minutes from the market, the atmosphere here is very cool.This hotel is good for one day picnic and holiday. If you are coming for holiday then here you will get food, drinks and swimming playground.🏡🏕
