Garden Hotel

Very nice location. Staff is nice and friendly but very inefficient like most of the time in India. Hotel condition is clean but very old, not worth the price paid. It’s supposed to be a safe deposit but it doesn’t work. I would say it’s ok for a few nights but you will find much better.

Considerate staffs with good service.I wish to visit here again,also I suggest others to visit this hotel and enjoy their excellent services. Also Mr. Girish's cooperation for us was very good .He suggested us good places to visit as we were from other state and came Mumbai for a tour, including him all the staffs were also cooperative.

This hotel are thieves! They ran my card three times and then sent me next door to the Godwin who also ran it several times saying their machine and my card wasn’t working! Be aware do not give them your credit card. I had to dispute this.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception upon arrival. Mr. Girish was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring all guest requests were met. The reception area exuded calm, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. The location is perfect, with the Gateway of India just a three-minute walk away and abundant greenery lining the street. I would love to visit this place again and highly recommend it. Additionally, Mr. Girish generously allowed a late checkout at no extra charge.

I visited this place with my family. We requested for an early check-in and a late checkout which they agreed. The room was very spacious, well maintained and clean. The behaviour of the staff was very welcoming and professional. The location of the place is excellent with Gateway of India being just a walk away. The complementary breakfast was also good and delicious, with wide options. Overall, a good stay, and would recommend to anyone visiting to Mumbai. :)

Hotel located in very good place that walkable distance to Colaba market and Gateway of india. No restaurant in hotel for breakfast need to go to other hotel Godwin I guess this hotel is sister concern of Godwin

This hotel is old. The building has wear and tear. That's visible in the rooms. I stayed there for one night. Broken bins, shabby windows, dirty bathtubs, smelly rooms and blankets. It's not worth the price you pay. You're paying for the location. No doubt it's an ideal location. My question is why are the owners not even taking efforts to merely change a broken dustbin. It's such a sham to see rusted stuff in your room. The hotel wifi 🙄. Let's not go there. Staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Location. Excellent.
