Bentleys Hotel

I am a frequent visitor of this Hotel. This small property has never disappointed me. It's a very good , clean, hygienic hotel located at the third floor of a residential building just opposite Marine Drive.||||It has different categories of rooms, I always stay in the Suite room and it is just outstanding. They have a lovely view of the sea. I can stay hours sitting at the balcony watching Marine Drive.||||The staff of the hotel is down to earth, starting from the reception, service staff, kitchen staff and everyone is always ready to fulfill all our requirements.||||They treat us like family, The interior of the hotel is very good, The cleaning and hygiene is top notch. The room has all the amenities, the breakfast they serve is mouthwatering. They don't have a restaurant so they served a complementary breakfast in the room.||||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay option near Marine Drive or Church Gate.

My stay was amazing.Rooms was clean and big. The location of the hotel is really the best with easy reach from the famous landmark of Mumbai . Just can walk thru the beautiful ocean side. They served breakfast only after 8 am which I didn't have in my 2 night stay. Staff are really nice and help me with my laundry as well. Although it's said Stared Hotel but they don't have any dinning option .. you have to eat outside. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall if you are looking for a stay in Mumbai to see Taj and the famous landmark of Mumbai this is the place you can stay.

The rooms are very small and not upto the mark. Bedsheets were okay okay washroom wasn't that great. The only perk is location. If you walk around you will find many other options as well. Service is good. But totally disappointed to pay such huge 3 star price for poorly maintained hotel.

Pros: |The location is bomb. Right on Marina Drive.|The workers are friendly and nice.|Churchgate is a 6 minute walk.|Has a lift.|Lots of closet space with 5-6 hangers|You get the daily newspaper to read.||Cons:|Seedy place though it looks glam in pics.|3rd floor of a residential building. A VIP lives right next door so bouncers outside on the narrow landing 24*7. Very uncomfortable to be started at every time you go in or out.|There is major renovation ongoing so there was a LOT OF NOISE the whole day.|Hand held shower is MOULDY so is the bathroom stall. Pipes exposed. |No toilet paper.|Geyser is an instant geyser so you have to wait till it heats up while showering. |Breakfast is not a buffet...They have a fixed menu every day and they serve you in the room and if you want more they say no or offer you other items which I didn't want.|Was bitten by mosquitoes/insect and they have me a repellent BUT the sockets are right above a fixed table so the repellent cannot be used. Was bitten throughout my stay there. May have been end bugs...who knows.|No view of the sea except one which has a partial view.

Booking through Agoda provided exceptional value for money during our stay. The rooms, especially the deluxe ones, are remarkably neat and spacious, offering a generous 211 square feet. The staff were delightful - friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, even facilitating an early check-in for one of our booked rooms.||Situated on the residential property's 3rd floor, the deluxe rooms impressed us with their cleanliness and ample space. However, it's worth noting that standard rooms might be smaller in size, and the sea-facing suites offer only a partial view of the sea. The small society lift occasionally experienced hiccups, but the staff were readily available to assist with luggage, ensuring a hassle-free experience.||Although the hotel lacks an in-house dining area, they make up for it with minimal yet efficient room service. We opted for their coffee and tea service, which met our expectations. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to Marine Drive and its adjacent restaurants and eateries is a standout feature. For a delightful experience, I highly recommend trying Pizza by the Bay for its fantastic view and delectable food.||In summary, Hotel Bentley stands out as a perfectly located gem offering great value for money. The combination of its location, neat rooms, accommodating staff, and easy access to nearby attractions and dining options makes it a top recommendation for a fulfilling stay in South Mumbai.||

Big room, good air con, good hot water, very quiet at night, excellent location, nice staff. Skipped the bread and jam breakfast, the beds are hard but I don't mind that. The only bad thing was when the hotel ordered an airport taxi for us. Tiny bashed up car, driver who was constantly choking and spitting and driving like a maniac.

We had stayed at Bentley hotel, Churchgate for 3 days and it was excellent. The hotel is located just opposite of the famous Marine Drive. It is in the 3rd floor of an apartment building and elevator is available. The room was spacious and tidy and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast is available but the menu is fixed. No restaurant in the hotel. So one has to go out for lunch and dinner. But it won't be a problem as there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience, staff is very rude. They told us a price for 2 nights and then doubled it. Room was dirty, sheets in terrible conditions. We found a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall bad experience, do not recommend.
