NillI had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was shockingly small, completely different from the spacious photos shown on their website—total false advertising! There was barely enough space to move around, let alone keep our bags. The bed was wet and water was leaking in the toilet..For the price we paid, it was an absolute rip-off. With the same amount of money, you can easily find much better hotels in the area with bigger rooms and far superior service. To make matters worse, the attitude at the reception was appalling. Mr. Sumesh, the receptionist, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Even though we provided all necessary documents, he bombarded us with endless, unnecessary questions during check-in, making my family feel extremely uncomfortable. His lack of respect and poor customer service were completely unacceptable. The food was also disappointing, not at all worth the money. After one miserable night, we decided to move to a nearby hotel where we received excellent service and a much larger, comfortable room. If you're thinking of booking this place online, don't fall for it. It's overpriced, cramped, and has terrible service. Save your money and book elsewhere!

NillI recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, The room was spacious, clean, and, with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel’s location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and places. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and had a good stay

NillI would not even rate this hotel one star. The hotel staff is not responsive. The rooms are nasty, the walls are made of thin wood so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The hotel vibe is dingy and dull. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I couldn't wait to leave this place. The only positive is the location is in central and near to Train station. The hotel should improve on room conditions and aesthetics and construction and topmost its service.

NillThe only advantage of this hotel is its prime location, being very close to the Gateway of India and near the sea—though don't expect a sea view. Unfortunately, everything else is a letdown. The rooms are cramped with no proper ventilation, most electric plugs don't work, and mobile phones don't get any network inside the hotel. The water temperature is impossible to control, with either hot or cold water coming from both taps. To make things worse, we even found a bug in the bed. The list of cons is endless, making this place far from worth the money.

NillWorst Rooms possible and and very worst service were provided. There are no similarities between the photos uploaded and the Room present over there. The Room stings really bad there's no space for ventilation. Was really suffocating. This is the main reason why they don't have a cancellation policy. Rooms were not clean at all . I had book another room and wasted my money. These guys are very rude when it's to service.

NillVery bad hotel. There was foil smell all over the hotel even in room . Room is very small. Even Basic requires items I.e electric kittle etc is also not available . I booked hotel for two days but have to leave in few hours and shifted to some other hotel. They didn’t refund any amount.. I never experienced this before. In one word horrible hotel. My advice not to book

NillThe hotel is old but it is considered clean and not bad, but what distinguishes it most is its strategic location, as it is located between markets, shops, fruit carts, restaurants, and close to the Taj Mahal Hotel and Starbucks for coffee lovers, Getaway of India, and many perfume and fabric shops. The best thing is that there are many Arab tourists in the area, and you can go on foot until sunset because it is an area protected by the police due to the large number of tourists in it. The place is safe there, the food is delicious, and there is a pharmacy close to the hotel. If you need to go to the hospital, I strongly recommend going to Reliance Foundation Hospital.
