Hotel Broadway Colaba

The hotel is located very close to the Taj Hotel and Colaba Market. The room size is good, but it was not clean, and the bathroom was also unclean. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing — they only served bread and tea, yet charged more when I booked the room with breakfast included. So, if you're planning to stay at this hotel, I would recommend booking the room only, without breakfast.

The room was sufficient enough, but some people may find it boxy and small. It was a pleasant stay, the staff were humble. But the toilets had always smoking smells. Other than that everything was fine.

Careful : you will pay more than what's indicated on Booking (the charges are not included in the price). Otherwise the rooms are nice, even though there are old and some things are broken (the tap, the paint goes off the wall ...). A bit expensive, but it's in a very touristic location. Safe and clean.

Stayed in this hotel during 2024 July. Very near to Gateway of India. Nice stay for a single day. The room was small with A/c. but its ok if you are solo. I have booked this Hotel through Make My trip. The given room was leaking through the AC window during raining. Don;t expect Complimentary Breakfast even if it is showed in the booking site. There are lot of eateries nearby.

Bad condition of the rooms and no room service. You have to ask them to clean. I stayed there for 1 week my room got cleaned once after I asked them to clean specifically. My stay included a complementary breakfast. But when I asked for breakfast they asked me what I wanted to eat and one guy just ran and brought it from some roadside stall. It was a bad stay altogether.

It is a very good hotel in Colaba, Mumbai and rooms are clean. In addition to this the hotel is within the Colaba market and you will have a chance to enjoy and shop for what you want easily and there are several services in this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the main problem with this hotel is that the rooms don't have a nice view and it is a small hotel ( No good views in the hotel as the windows view is directly to the front house of the hotel).
