Location|The hotel enjoys a beautiful setting right beside a waterfall, which makes the stay very scenic. Although it is about 12 km away from Gangtok’s main city, the surroundings are peaceful and pleasant.||Atmosphere|The overall vibe of the property is calm and relaxing, with plenty of natural greenery that adds to the charm.||Room & Facilities|The room itself is spacious and clean, but the bathroom amenities need improvement. Basic items like a dental kit and shower gel were not provided. Towels are not changed daily, and housekeeping staff are not available around the clock, which can be inconvenient.||Breakfast|Breakfast quality is fine but the variety is limited. The serving time is narrow—only from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.—so if you plan to leave early in the morning it can be a bit of a challenge.||Value for Money|Considering the price, the hotel is reasonably budget-friendly and a good option overall, provided you can manage with the limited amenities and services.

Our stay at Avianna Gangtok Resort was an absolute delight, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The resort is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the valley from its balcony. Waking up to such scenic beauty every morning was truly refreshing. Adding to its charm is its proximity to the Bhanjakri Waterfalls, which made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.||We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Anita Tamang, the Front Office Coordinator, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The resort itself is well-maintained, with spacious rooms, great amenities, and an ambiance that perfectly blends modern comfort with nature’s tranquility. The staff was friendly and attentive, further enhancing our overall experience.||We highly recommend Avianna Gangtok Resort to anyone planning a trip to Gangtok. We had a great stay at this hotel for the past two nights. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The staff was quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Santosa Thapa, Anjuli Bhiyel, Jayanti Tamang and Anita Tamang from the restaurant team. They went out of their way to prepare meals without onion and garlic for my mother across four meals, and the head chef was also very polite and helpful.|The food was delicious, especially the veg jalfrezi and paneer butter masala, which we’d highly recommend! The breakfast options were also really good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

The services at Avianna Hotel are excellent. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. Ms. Anita Tamang assisted us with check-in and made sure we had a great experience. The property is really good and well maintained. Worth staying.

Hotel is very nice. Room also very beautiful & clean. Staff behaved very politely. Specially receptionist Ms. Anita Tamang very helpful & she is soo nice. 1 single room easily 2member can stay. Bed size big & very comfortable. Go & enjoy ur family

I Recently stayed at hotel"AVIANNA GANGTOK RESORT AND SPA" and I had an incredible experience! comfortable and spacious rooms and friendly and attentive staffs,delecious breakfast options and so on!!! special shoutout to ANITA TAMANG AND AVINASH for their exceptional hospitality.

It's in a good location, staffs are very disciplined, tariffs are comfortable and foods are tasty with adequate volumes. Overall friendly atmosphere and in a very good ambiances. My views, families can get all homely atmosphere. We enjoyed peacefully
