From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception desk staff, especially David, and the attendant, Roman. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. David went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing invaluable guidance on what to do and where to visit in the city. He even took the time to give me wake-up calls, calls for breakfast and dinner, and check on my well-being when I was feeling under the weather—his care and concern truly made a difference. The in-house restaurant is a gem, offering mouth-watering dishes, particularly the local specialties. The restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, making every meal a delightful experience. As a research scholar, I was in Gangtok for fieldwork, and I was incredibly fortunate to meet Mrs. Tashi, the hotel owner. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to sit with me and share her deep knowledge about the local communities and culture of Sikkim. Our discussions felt more like conversations with an elder sister than an interview, which made the experience even more enriching. Palri Boutique Hotel is not just a place to stay—it's a place where you feel cared for, where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and fulfilling stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Mr.David and Ms Ladin.They were friendly and attentive.The quality of rooms ,food and service was 😃. We are very happy with the service.It was nice visiting here.

Nice experience we had at this hotel. This is nit a hotel we feel like a home. Everyone is friendly starting from staff to manger. Food was so yummy

I stayed here twice during my trip in Sikkim. Place is very good. Staff is very courteous and always helpful. They will arrange for good transport if required. Good wifi range in all rooms. Food is very delicious. Breakfast was good. Recommended for family stay.

We stayed here for 1 night, hotel is built nicely but poorly maintained. Beds are not done properly, bathrooms are not cleaned, when we visited their restaurant tables had food particles, there was a spider web on top of the table. There is no parking place available. Another important thing to note is on Google map the hotel location would be shown near to MG marg but the hotel is located at a slop & it's impossible to walk upto mg Marg. You will have to hire a taxi anyways.

Nice hotel and good experience. The super deluxe rooms were spacious. Great staff and support. MG Road is nearby at a walking distance of 20mns approx using the short route. Food was also good here. Overall, enjoyed the stay here
