Hotel Polaris Gangtok

Highly cooperative staff and above average services. Great food. Lift and generator available. Super clean rooms. I'm glad we chose this hotel for stay as it's close to MG road and has great view from the rooms. The only issues we faced were slippery bathroom floor and absence of bathing stools.

The stay was very pleasing and comfortable. I did not face any problem while staying in the hotel. The staff were like friends and they helped and respected everyone. The food was also great and the services were too. I will recommend to stay in that hotel. The staff were like family especially to mention: Mr. Aadarsh, Miss Sharmila and Mr. Biswajit. Me and my family had a great time and we are very happy. We all appreciate their hospitality. Thank you for everything 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel is well maintained, very well decorated and provides a luxurious experience. The rooms are well maintained, provides good and clean bathrooms, and also has ample storage spaces. The hotel has all modern facilities like high speed internet, android tv. Very much recommended to anyone considering to stay in hotel. I'm really happy with my stay. The food provided is very tasty and healthy. Especially to mention, the behaviour of the staff is very adorable. They make you feel like family within minutes. Especially to mention - Aadarsh, Sharmila and Bishwajit. They are awesome.

Neat and clean hotel with good staff attitudes and behaviour towards the guests. Kanchenjunga mountain view also absolutely marvellous from the room. Cheaper rooms cost with attached bath room with geyser, wardrobe, lift also available which helps the aged peoples. Parking alao available. 5 minutes distance from MG MARKET. In hotel food restaurant with affordable price and foods are also delicious. Overall its very nice to have me here for one night stay with friends. In my point of view no complaint you will found after visting this hotel Polaris. Hope ,this help you in what you were thinking of. Thanks.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with them. We were 4 people who stayed for 4 days there. Their rooms, service and staff quality is really good. Food and service were excellent. I prefer my friends and families to this property.

We've spent few nights in this hotel. It was a really nice hotel. Nice staff, nice room, really clean. They are all looking for our stay to be perfect. Even if you don't eat spicy at all they'll make sure that the food you get respects your requirements. I would recommend a thousand times this place. Thank you all team Polaris.

Each and every member from POLARIS were too good! It was a comfortable and friendly stay there! Rooms are well maintaind and with all advanced amenities! Elegance rooms are perfect for a hill view, but others too have nice view from window. Food quality is just delicious and also very reasonable! Overall, I would recommened everyone out here to have a pleasant and luxury stay! Thanks Team Polaris!

We've spent few nights in this hotel. It was a really a best hotel in Gangtok. Polite staffs, Hygienic rooms & restaurant. Food was served in good manner and mouth licking too. Espesially Mr.Apoorva, the manager was very helpful and supportive to us. I would suggest this property to all who looking for a quality living. Cheers to team Polaris.
