The Junction,Gangtok

One of the rubbish in hotel , we visited there with 7member of our family . They have promised to give us a triple bed room but after visiting there they gave us a tea table sofa in the name of triple bed , and all the rooms are soo dirty that we can't sleep properly and there staff are rude.

The hotel's location is pretty good, the staffs are really very nice and helpful . The food quality is awesome . The rooms and bathrooms were also neat and clean . The rooms are very spacious. I should say that ( HOTEL THE JUNCTION)is one of the best hotel in gangtok, I have experienced. All must visit this hotel .

This property is good value for money. Neat and clean with hotel services.Location of this hotel is convinient to visit to MG marg. There is little delay in breakfast services because of i believe less service staff compared with number of rooms. But overall experience is good. The most important is the cleanliness and neatness in the rooms which is really good.||wifi is free but the manager clearly told the free services doesnt help really :) so i am happy with his clear statement.

The Hotel is good enough in terms of Location, View and maintenance.||||Rooms:||1. Highly Spacious with a big wooden almirah, dressing table with a full sized mirror, TV with multi channel facility and a Queen sized bed.||2.Highly neat and clean||Bathroom:||1. Average sized washroom with good accessories and geyser.||2. Toiletries though provided only once for a 2 day stay.||Food:||1. Excessively costly which excludes VAT-13.5%, SC-10% and Cess-1% which makes the food too expensive. Ex- a plate of french fries costs nearly ₹100.||2. Taste is good enough with moderate quatities.||3. Breakfast takes a lot time to be served.||Front Desk & Reception:||1.This is the worst part of the hotel. Most of the time no one picks the intercom.||WiFi:||1.It is for just name sake and practically not accessible from rooms. If anybody access it from the reception, then it is good otherwise very very or NO WIFI signal.||Staffs:||1.This is the best thing in the hotel. Highly cooperating and polite staffs.

Good location, just near Ranka Taxi Stand, walking distance to MG road. Cooperative Staff. Super deluxe room was big, big windows, water too they give you in 5 litre cans, but linens were little shabby not very likable to sleep in. Breakfast was okyish. Good to stay.

It's a nice neat n clean hotel surrounded by restaurants, shops, taxi stand and located within 5 minutes walking distance of M G road. |The room 103 I was given was huge in size with TV, water heater, cupboard etc. The room had no balcony or view though and was road facing and was extremely noisy at nights because of vehicles moving all the time, sleeping at night was bit difficult.|Service was good and food was good too. |Overall, I had a pleasant stay and worth the money spent.

I went there with my family to celebrate Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed..there was also a magic show organized which was really entertaining..the food was 11 on 10 delicious..we my dad myself and wife drank achohol we all had food and the bill to our surprise was under 2k. Even the owner was really nice and ensuring we were having a good time..infact we had gone there in the afternoon to have lunch..we had such a good time that we decided to go in the evening too..special thanks to one of the waiters Simon for giving us such a great evening..keep it up owner and the staff ..top notch..will see you all when we come back to to God's back yard..

I'll go in systematic way- Location- Walking distance 10 mins from MG marg Food- good taste, hygiene and healthy. Room size- size is little bit small but somehow it can be manageable.. Amenities- Good service there would be one person available for ready to check in services as u arrived at hotel. But,No room heater, (extra cost-300) No complimentary mineral water. Old model TV. No scene views room available.
