Hotel Ninamma

It was overall a very good experience.We checked in a little early and the rooms were not ready but they provided us another room for the time being which was really a nice gesture. The hotel staffs were really polite and helpful. Cleanliness is also beyond any question. They offer only vegetarian food and the meals were really like Home cooked ones. It is also near to the MG Marg (Mall Road). Highly recommended Hotel for staycation. However, there is a room for Improvisation of the amenities provided in the Hotel rooms. Overall, very good experience and value for money. Thanks to the hotel staff team.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The hotel is situated conveniently from the MG road yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is right beside PNG School. We stayed in the Executive Club room and the views were amazing.... The staffs were so so so cordial and always attentive... Loved the stay there.... Highly recommend...!!

Recently, in the month of May, I stayed here with family. We took two rooms. Rooms are economical, but decent and clean. They have a good vegetarian restaurant. We had taken breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The room services were very prompt and exceptionally good. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Only one slight problem was because of the location, we got caught in the traffic block. But I would definitely recommend for family

The location was very convenient — close to the bus stand and just a 10-minute walk from MG Marg. The room and washroom were neat and clean. The food was tasty, though the quantity could be improved. The staff were polite and helpful and house keeping was provided daily. Suggestions: If possible, an exhaust fan could be installed in the washroom. There was also an issue with the geyser not working properly. Additionally, mosquito repellent liquid was not provided — including this would enhance the overall stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ninamma, Gangtok. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The highlight was the direct mountain view, which made our mornings truly special. The staff were exceptionally prompt and courteous, offering top-notch hospitality throughout our stay. Just a 5-minute walk to MG Marg, the location is perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the homely breakfast – delicious and served with care. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok!

Location was good and close to MG market which is like 10-15 mins walk, the food and breakfast spread is very nice and the staff was very approachable. Close to all the places and very well maintained property.

We recently stayed in this hotel on our Gangtok trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are clean and have a good view of the mountains. Hot water available anytime of the day. They have very helpful, accomodative and kind staff. The restaurant offers pure vegetarian food which is very delicious and satisfying. Also, the hotel is in a good location. MG marg, Lal bazaar are at a distance of 1km.
