We all went to seven family members.two rooms were taken.me & my mom stayed in the single room.the rest of the room was the rest of the family members. The hotel food it was a lot of fun.hotel environment was very good. Room and washroom very clean and we'll maintain there was a little difficulty in lifting my moms ladder since her leg pain. All Staff are really good specially shiba da. Hotel to Gangtok market distance 10 minutes in a local car. Special thanks to manas da.

A decent hotel with spacious rooms and very professional and helpful staff. Hotel with delicious food and ample space for kids to enjoy. Manager himself is very helpful and assist in all small requirements for kids.

Simon Rai, Honeycomb home stay (Kagey), had booked this hotel for us. The hotel was initially very good and entering it, the reception, stairs and dining room is very attractive. The furniture in the rooms is made of excellent quality wood. However, the current lease holder has allowed the hotel to run down and does not maintain the rooms properly. They have become very shabby; a chair is broken (replaced on request). Even the marbled floor shows cracks in some places. The food is good. It is a quiet place without great views, but with shops nearby. It would have been a good place for touring around Gangtok. Sadly the poor management makes it unlikely that people will return here.

As per google policy we can share our reviews up to maximum 5 ⭐ . But honestly this hotel and its owner Manash babu and his entire service team even drivers, they deserve more than 5 ⭐ ratings. I believe there is no other hotel 🏨in Gangtok may have the personalized service as Manash babu does. During my visit to Gangtok last month, I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Singalila Mingyur, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The standout aspect of my stay was the top-class personalized service provided by the owner, Mr. Manash Das. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Das went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. His genuine warmth, attention to detail, and proactive approach to hospitality made me feel right at home. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, recommending local attractions, or ensuring every small need was met, he exemplified true professionalism and care. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, offering a blend of comfort and aesthetic appeal. The serene location, coupled with excellent amenities, added to the charm of my stay. It was a great stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained as well as the bathroom. Well behaved staff and specially the owner Manas Da provided us a homely atmosphere in his hotel. Food & Restaurant was also good.

Don't go everyone in this hotel. This is a Not a hotel, this is like a human cage .thry are not allowed any type of food or tea any thing inside the room. The manager of the hotel is veru rude and not so well behaved. If any mistake happens without your knowledge, then you will have to pay a lot of fine.so please don't go aney tourist in this hotel.
