Nxgen Nostalgia , Near Mg Marg , Gangtok

Budget hotel. Rooms are OK. No kettle or Tea/ coffee in room. Dont expect luxury. Towels seemed dirty and over used (please buy new towels). The hotel doesn't have a lift. Service is very slow. Served only 1 item at breakfast and you need to wait till they bring each roti. But taste is good. We ordered dinner and waited for 2 hours, finally when we went to their restaurant, we realised that they didn't even start preparing. Good there is a Domino's pizza outlet nearby so we could order dinner.

In all terms worst experience dirty room service was very poor hotel... after adding meals in my package hotel staff including owner not ready to serve . When I was leaving no person wad there yo handle mu luggage even after many calls no one was there. I will not recommended to anyone.

The rooms and amenities are very good. The staff is awesome. The food is also homely and delicious. I had two days stay here and it was very pleasant. Special thanks to Praveen, Micky and Rajesh for arranging the candlelight dinner with your extra efforts. I would recommend everyone to choose this hotel whenever in Gangtok without a worry.

Great hotel, the food quality is very good, the rooms are very clean, I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and the manager, Roy Babu, is a really helpful guy.

Rooms are spacious. Owner and manager behaviour good. Room Staff behavior not up to mark But resraurant service good. Food quality awesome.

Very good hotel, the view from the hotel is very great, the quality of the hotel room and the hotel food is also very good, and the service and behavior of the manager Rintu Roy is impressive. I will definitely recommend it to others to come.

The best thing about the hotel is its manager. Mr. Praveen Singh is one of the most helpful and humble person I have ever met in my life. This man won our hearts. I must comment that if the staff is good, any business can achieve greater success. And Nxgen Nostalgia will get greater success with this man aboard in their team. Lots of Love from Assam!

Decent Room. There was no tea bags and coffee in the room. The guy in the reception was good. Less option of toiletries in the bathroom. Needs improvement.
