View from the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean, location is also very good. But the service is very very poor. Staff behaviour is little rude towards guest and non cooperative. Food is good. But they should improve their service system.

Horrible experience. Simply terrible. We were there for 8 days straight. Before Booking they promised a lot of things but they didn't turned up. No room service. No everyday cleaning, we asked the house keeping to clean up the room but everytime they come up with different excuses for not cleaning the room. The food served everytime was cold. And high in charges comparatively.we were there for a long time because we had a dialysis patient with us and the dialysis unit which is Renocare is just nearby the hotel. Very very bad service. Won't recommend anybody. B alert. Ther are group of scams. The service boys were full of unknown attitude and not appropriate at all.

Our stay at Hotel Little Sikkim Inn was truly unforgettable! The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire experience felt like home away from home. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Manjula Rai, the owner, for her warm and personal care — especially for treating our daughter with so much love and affection. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views, and the food was delicious. Every moment spent here added to the beauty of our Sikkim trip. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and friendly environment!

Our experience at Little Sikkim Inn was quite chaotic and far from what we expected. While one of the girl staff members was extremely kind, humble, and cooperative (and we truly appreciate her efforts), the overall stay was unpleasant. To begin with, the location is quite poor and far from MG Road or any main attractions—making it inconvenient if you’re planning to explore the city. The family room was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. Only two girl staff members were available, and while they genuinely tried their best (even helping us carry heavy luggage up four flights), it’s unfair on them. The hotel management needs to seriously rethink how they support their team. The room had multiple issues—most notably, the TV was not working. What really left a bad impression was a male staff member who tried to charge us ₹500 for an ice cream that clearly cost ₹150. When questioned, he responded rudely and started guilt-tripping us by saying, “Gareebo ke saath aisa mat karo,” which was completely unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. Overall, while the girl staff were warm and hardworking, they seemed overburdened and unsupported. The management needs to step up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families. Would never book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the [HOTAL LITTLE SIKKIM INN]! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the [ARUN & other staff] at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was also great, as it was close to several attractions and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Worst experience ever. They always find ways to disturb your peace in this beautiful place. You need to wait for an hour every day to get water in your toilets. Food is pathetic…

Manager Arun's nature was excellent. Ms. Manjula was very kind and helpful. The staff was co-operative and polite. There was perfect cleanliness all over the place. The food was also good and tasty.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The location is also perfect for exploring the city. "I had a wonderful stay at Hotel little sikkim inn.From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
