Rhelon Residency

Fraud hotel and fraud owner or proprietor. We booked this hotel for our family stay back in December 2023which the plan got cancelled eventually so we neither stayed nor visited this place.However we paid 4000 as an advance for our booking. We wanted a refund since we cancelled before a week check in date. Jitendra Arora who took the booking amount said the owners are in Delhi so once they return we will send back the money to you,but till date we never received our money neither he attends ours calls. Beware before you Book this hotel with your money in as you can't visit or cancel they will never return the money if you go directly through the hotel instead of some booking site. .

We stayed here in deluxe suit. Room is quite spacious and well decorated. One negative thing, it is not easily noticeable from main road. U have to climb up almost 1st floor and if you want to go mg marg share taxis are available fare only ₹20/- per person. Overall experience is good👍👍

Though room was well built, but amenities or I should say intent to serve customer was missing. Things I faced like no toiletries, TV not working, socket not working and one is broken, floor was not cleaned as I found my feet got dirty, wifi was continuously breaking and not enough lighting of the room. Overall experience was 😞 bad.

Very nice place in this budget. Staff was too co-operative, stayed for 4 days in family room having extra bed. Rooms were nicely maintained and spacious. The only feedback - room lights could be better and brighter. Rest everything is really good, highly recommended for stay

I enjoyed staying there! Rooms could've been better but the staffs of the hotel are awesome. Very polite and friendly. Foods are average. The price could be lesser. Overall thumbs up!

We were here with Family in May, 2023. It's like 1.8 kms from the MG Marg (Mall). That's okay as its very near to Taxi stand, you will get either share taxi at Rs 20 per head which will leave you exactly below the mall & you have to walk a bit or a reserve cab for Rs 150 - 200 that will leave you at the entrance of the MG Marg We selected 3 bedded Suite room. Honestly the room size was quite Big & Spacious with all basic amenities. Good people, Poornima, Ungma & there was one more boy who took care of us. We had breakfast included in the package & we had a lunch as well. Food was good & freshly cooked. The only thing is there is around 50 mtrs steep slope that you might have to walk incase you get down at road though they have private parking & the other thing is that entrance of that slope there is some water continuously flowing which makes the approach road bit Dirty. Overlooking it, it was a wonderful stay at the hotel & we did enjoy a lot

This was my first trip to Gangtok and we were just confused which hotel to book but suddenly we found this amazing hotel RHELON RESIDENCY, when we actually experienced the stay we realised that it's our second home . The staffs the house helpers everyone was so helpful and kind which made us more comfortable to stay and relax over there. The ambience is having a positive vibes. The morning breakfast was amazing and delicious everyday with new variety which made our day to start well and fresh. Looking forward to stay here again!

There are many travel experiences but this travel experience of Sikkim is a little different. Experience staying at Rhelon Residency Hotel. Here as the hotel is clean as well as the staff manager is very good. I got all kinds of help on time.
