OYO 25037 Hotel Taj Heaven

I traveled from Jaipur. As soon as I entered in the hotel I saw no outside food allowed Because they have their own restaurant. I ordered the food from their restaurant they didn’t have what we wanted and nobody communicated with us we waited an hour for the food. Room floor was really dirty, the door look wasn’t working properly, the linen wasn’t clean, the toilet was disgusting no shower not even a clean water bucket. (My room numbers was 106) I do not recommend this place

Oyo provided me this hotel. There seems to be some issues between Oyo and hotel management. And the guests are the sufferers. We were not provided even water,tea and leave alone any complimentary breakfast. We stayed for two days but service was poor. We had to go to the restaurant to ask for anything. The TV of room 002 was also not working which was later repaired. So Oyo please resolve your issues with hotels in the interest of the Customers. Thanks. Sandeep Yadav Bhopal.

Dirty and unhygienic room and washroom, messy and unpleasant smell. Linens were dirty and the when asked the staff to change it he was refusing by saying that we don't have any extra bedrolls. TV not working, charging points damaged. At the time of checkout, the manager was forcing to give good reviews and was asking to give my phone to him so that he can review by self. Booked room thru Oyo, and totally unsatisfactory stay.

The rooms are not maintained well. TV set top missing. Cupboards are dirty, and in need of Maintainence. Hotel does not have OYO signage hence can not be located easily. Not recommended for family's

Very dearty hotel rooms,very bad staff,very bad experience they are offering water in broken botels which is through by the customer.its very cheater hotel

Rooms are accomodable and satisfactory. But services are pretty slow.
