Hotel Taj Holiday

Room and bathroom was literally dirty, though it was quite cheap. But basic hygiene was missing. The shower tap was broken, the tap in the basin was leaking. The water was also dirty. Only good thing was the location.

It was pathetic experience for family. There was no room service, not even hot water. Rooms weren't clean. It seemed like they didn't care for visitor's convenience. All this at such a higher price. Don't go for good reviews on other websites.

Bedsheets are not clean many cockroaches in the room food are not good and rooms are safucated no window in the room 👎👎

The worst stay experience ever had. The room was not properly cleaned up, linens were dirty, and on top of that, there was no water in the washroom for more than 8 hours. We had to struggle for water the whole night for even basic necessities. 6-7 times we called the front desk, and every time they said to wait for 10 minutes, but there was no proper resolution provided until next morning, only two hour before checkout, they provided another room to use the washroom. Never going to book this hotel again

Hotel taj is situated just near to the main road. It is a budget friendly hotel. The staffs are very welcoming and they are available at your service 24x7. The rooms are large and clean with modern day amenities. The bathroom is also well decorated. The food here is delicious. We had the butter chicken and butter naan. I would recommend to try those. They have the dining area behind the reception. Overall it is a good hotel with family friendly staffs. I would suggest to stay at this hotel if one wants to have a good and family friendly atmosphere.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very cooperative staff and neat and clean rooms. Situated near the main road and is very accessible. I will definitely visit here again if i come to agra and highly recommend this budget friendly hotel. overall a very good and nice stay.

Great hospitality. The rooms were cleaned and had all the facilities - Tv, Ac, wifi,geyser,towels, brush and toothpaste in an great price. They also helped in booking auto or cab for visiting tourist places of Agra in economical price. There is no lift although the hotel has a good ambience and helpful staff. The food was also good but it can be done better in future. It is very close to taj mahal.

We had booked a room at this hotel and made the payment online beforehand, but they were not given the room. Instead, they were sent to another hotel, which they had already booked, so we requested a refund. However, the hotel staff made 59 excuses, stating we couldn't do much due to being with family. We have decided never to book at this hotel again, and from next time, we'll avoid booking with this hotel chain. Otherwise, we'll have to stay at a regular hotel and not an Oyo hotel again.
