Very Bad experience.Never ever book this hotel.Good Reviews Re given by their own members only. 1.Booked online from Agoda and they denied the entry as they have taken offline bookings and no rooms available. 2.Very Rude staff .They did not even cordinated with Agoda apart fromt thier multiple calls 3.2,3 hours were wasted and owner of the property did not even answered our calls. 4.When asked to Remove thier hotel from online platform they said its none of your business. 5.THEY WERE NOT ALL WELCOMING AS WE WERE COMING FROM LONG TRAVEL JOURNEY AND WERE NOT RESPONDING AND TALKING . There are do many good options available for tourists near tajmahal at cheap prices .Never ever go to this property.

Very clean rooms. Hospitality was 5 star. Location is very convenient few Kilometres from Taj Mahal. Restaurants and other convenient stores walking distance. Easily accessible. Loved my stay at Sirtaj. Will surely come again and recommend it to My friends and family visiting Agra.

Property manager was rude . He charged me extra 350 rs extra even one day earlier I asked to booking customer service to make sure that would Property manager charge me extra or not , and after the confirmation that there is no issue in price , I went to hotel property but they told me pay extra rs. When I asked for next day stay , They told me to pay us directly 1000 rs and we will make your room available but after 1 hour later ,they raised their price to 200 rs more ..So i left immediately after that .

Sirtaj Suites is newly constructed building room walls, matress, Ato Z all bathroom fittings etc.. are newly fitted, very clean stay overall...24 hour hot water facility....Our priority was to find budget friendly clean rooms...after visiting 10-12 hotels nearby 2-3 km radius of Agra fort n Taj, I chose Sirtaj for my stay in Agra. Hotel staff is very polite. Auto charges Max 100-150 rs. from hotel to visiting place. Hotel serves chargeable breakfast (bread toast with tea) in the morning, if ordered. Just walkable distance from hotel u will find panchvati road with variety of food stalls from evening till night , which we loved all the food we tried on panchvati road . And other option is to eat breakfast or lunch nearby Taj Mahal, west and south gate nearby area while entering or exiting from there. Thanks to hotel owner who suggested us about panchvati road, and Bijli ghar bus stand from where we took bus for Mathura at Rs. 60-70. Auto driver will not give you any correct information about where to eat food, where to stay and about from where bus will be easily available. They only suggest the places from where they will get commission. Highly recommend this hotel for smooth, clean and comfortable stay.

Best place to spend time with family. My trip to Agra went perfect because of my quality stay here. The staff is so polite. The check in and out is so smooth. Food and dining is so great.

Amazing hotel, very close to Taj. We had an amazing stay with family, and the food was very delicious. Special thanks to the owner who came down a couple of times to check the whereabouts and made our stay very comfortable.

Pleasant stay, cozy and clean rooms with all facilities. Perfect for families and couples. Everything is nearby and just 3KM away from Taj Mahal
