Hotel Maple Grand

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and tidy but the wallpapers on the wall are peeled off. Toilets are clean but little slippery old aged people to be careful...apart nothing to complain...had a good stay The staff are very helpful...

Bring your own towels. The hotel ones look very old and hard. The mattress was very soft and suspiciously out of shape as well. Service is good - people want to help. One of the staff openly asked for money from my very surprised husband.

We had a good stay at the place. But there were few issues like the kettle was not cleaned. We had booked 3 rooms and few basic amenities were missing in some. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. The food served was good. The rooms were spacious too.

Rooms that were never cleaned, with dust on everything. Not working air conditioning. Broken things, dirty and scratched walls. And, finally, rude and arrogant personnel that tries to lie or even make fun of you if you are asking for something or complaining. Worst hotel experience amongst tens of hotels in tens of countries. Their cafe is acceptable, though.

My 1st day was not so good There was not hot water It was luke warm water No force at basin tap And also charging plug was not working Then for next day they hv changed my room after so many discussions and demo and trying to convince them But i got better room later In which i wyd not hv any complaints But i hv observed that Their treatment was diff for indians and foreigner guesr

The hotel was so good, I would love to give 5 stars. I would also love to return here and recommend it to others even. The rooms here were so good, they werent less pretty thn any other resort. We are from Gujarat and had no idea about agra. We just booked this hotel from the App by looking at the pictures and price. And it was so good when we arrived. We extended our stay. The service was so good.. they provided us anything tht we wanted ( pillow, water, bucket) at literally 11.45 pm. I loved this experience. We also had breakfast at there and.. items were limited but the taste was good and worth it. Loved it! Thanks for providing such service. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time but half of the rooms were provided to us and till thn, we were sitted at the restaurant of the hotel. It was pleasure. Rooms were also cleaned time to time whenever we said. overall best experience .....yeah!!!!
