NillVery Bad service we have checked in night of 22 November 2024 and booked 2 rooms. I asked for meal at reception than she told me order could be till 11 PM but when ordering than other staff suugested me outside food. But after trying for outside meal no any order could be complete and we slept as hungry. My brother in law’s son as infant he needed milk but after attempts deliverd milk of glaas on very high cost (one glaas milk as 60Rs). I asked for shampoo and soaps in morning but after 4 calls and 20 mins delivered same…. #No parking #No food in hotel # ONE MORE BAD EXPERIENCE RECEPTIONIST WAS CHEWING ❌GUTKA ❌AND Was SMELLIING Very BAD…. So I suggest don’t go in this hotel…

NillA pathetic Hotel. I checked in 12th November 2024, They said wifi , Towel , TV is working, Nothing was available in the room.. I wanted a Hote Water which was also available.. A girl told me at the reception they give room while speaking lie to customer. It was really bad thing from hotel and from her side . I spoke to her sister. That's not good . U should provide me all those things which u promise me while check in . She replied me , we does like that always. I don't wanna recommend this hotel to anyone. Ans the most bad thing in Room , noice from road side whole night I was listening bcoz there windows was not well maintained. I didn't sleep well. Please don't book This hotel Everybody.If you visit Agra.. To see Taj Mahal..

NillI had a terrible experience at this hotel. First, they provided us with a leaking family suite and then a room with a foul-smelling bathroom. When we requested a change, they denied it and only provided a room freshener at 2 am. The service was horrendous due to a rush that day. We had already made an advance payment, but they took advantage of the situation and didn't provide basic amenities like towels or soap. Instead, they yelled at us, even though we were with children and elderly family members. The following day, another staff member apologized for the mishaps, but due to the rush, we couldn't get another room. We ended up staying and paid 5000 Rs for a room that was supposed to cost 4500 Rs, along with our food expenses. During checkout, they demanded more money, claiming the room cost was 5000 Rs. They didn't provide any receipt and insisted on cash payment, only reluctantly accepting partial payment online. Overall, this hotel is dishonest, money-minded, and provides terrible service. I strongly advise against staying here to avoid the mental torture we experienced. They will only take advantage of your situations. I strongly suggest to never stay at this hotel if you're visiting Agra at peak time.

NillI recently had an unfortunate experience at Hotel Prema Palace that left me highly dissatisfied. Upon check-in, I was allocated a non-AC room, despite booking what was supposed to be an AC room. I immediately raised this issue with the staff, who assured me that it would be rectified shortly. However, as the day progressed, my requests for a room change were met with empty promises and delays. I was repeatedly told that the issue would be resolved, but it never was. When night fell, and I was left without the expected air-conditioned room, the staff informed me that nothing could be done at that point. To make matters worse, during the check-out process the next day, the hotel failed to provide the half refund they had initially promised as a form of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead, a heated argument ensued, with the staff appearing uncooperative and unapologetic about the situation. This experience at Hotel Prema Palace was nothing short of disappointing. The misrepresentation of room types, poor customer service, and failure to fulfill their promises resulted in a stay that was far from pleasant. I would caution others to be wary of booking here, especially if expecting a certain level of service and room quality.

NillMy stay at Hotel Prema Palace was a highly disappointing experience. We had booked what was supposedly an AC room, only to find out that it was a non-AC room. Despite our repeated requests for a room change, the hotel staff provided us with empty promises and excuses, assuring us that the issue would be resolved in due time. As the night fell, it became evident that our situation was not improving. The room remained hot and uncomfortable, making for a sleepless night. To our dismay, when we approached the staff again in the morning, they informed us that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. Additionally, we were informed that we would receive a half refund upon check-out the next day. However, when the time came for us to settle the bill, the promised refund was not provided. What ensued was an unpleasant and frustrating argument with the staff, who did not fulfill their earlier commitment. This experience at Hotel Prema Palace was marred by poor service, false advertising, and unmet promises. I would strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at this establishment, as our own experience was characterized by disappointment and a lack of integrity in their business practices.

NillThose who are giving 5 rating must be from hotel itself. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. I would recommend to go back to your home rather staying at this hotel. Worst service , Leaky washroom, filthy rooms, foul smell and what more do you want.
