Four wheeler n two wheeler parking space available. Excellent location n new constructed building. Rooms are reasonably priced.. Roome service food available.. staff is supporting, cooperative n obedient.. Very near to main road.. overall experience is excellent. I would like to stay here again..

no nonsense value for money place. at the price you pay it is a damn good property. every floor has 4 rooms. X01 and X04 on each floor have front and back balconies and views. But all rooms are airy and good. Linen is a bit run down and so are the bathrooms. but overall clean and nice.

I am very surprised to see 5/5 rating for this hotel. This is one of the hotel which was not at all met our expectations during our 6 days trip. First let me write about positive things. Service was immediate, food was good. Bath rooms are clean. Room was very small even for 2, but they asked us to manage for 3 with extra mattress .There is no place to fit the mattress, finally we three has to sleep on double cot only. The mattresses, pillows, towels all had stains and looking dirty. I called house keeping staff, they said regularly it will be washed. There is no restaurant and food will be served into the room. There is no space or teapai to keep the food. Morning we want to go for Sangam, one car was parked behind our rental car, but hotel staff not aware of that car owner. We have wasted more than 45 minutes to find the owner. They are going to each and every room to find out the owner of the car. I was very uncomfortable as long as I was there in this hotel. I am giving 2 rating because of immediate service. My suggestion is don't book hotel in Prayagraj. Most of the hotels which I enquired were all small in size, but not sure about cleanliness of mattresses in other hotels. The ratings given to this hotel misguided me. No value for money. We stayed in very good hotels for the same money with complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were not clean. Bedsheets were full of stains and dirt. Room service was pathetic. To make it further disappointing there were Bed bugs in the bed and spread over the room. Disappointing stay. Look for other alternatives, don't go by the ratings.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, we had to pay like 75eur and I swear to God we aren't picky or anything but we've never run away from a hotel faster than from this one. Carpets with stains, bed sheets, pillows, the mattresses, bed covers, all covered in multi colors stains of all shape and size. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. We informed Booking of the same and hopefully they'll take it down from their website.

Rooms are very small in size and lack ventilation. They have 4 floors with lifts. Location wise it's good but not good if you are looking for a spacious room.
