A suitable place to stay with reasonable rates, but the WiFi was not functioning during my stay. Some rooms had a noticeable smell issue. Room 504's lock is problematic, frequently getting stuck. I recommend checking the lock before checking in. On a positive note, the view from the window is pleasant, and the best part is the morning sunshine directly on the bed.

Worst Hotel. Do not book this hotel. The services were worst. Geyser, Toilet Flush, Taps were not working. No toiletries were provided after asking too. Bed Sheets, Pillow and Blankets were at very bad shape. Even they did not change the bed sheets and other things after asking. At last had to ran away from the hotel. All basic things were nil. Even tok much bad odour and no ventilation at all. My suggestion do not go for it even they ask you for free

Experience is not good. Even though rooms are spacious we have to repeatedly ask soap and towel. The blanket and bed sheets are dirty and very very old having stinking smell. The rooms are not being cleaned unless we request them. No fan in the room

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. I checked in at 11.30 night. Describing point by point : (1) The hotel rooms are poorly maintained wear a shabby look. No water from the tap in wash basin. I called up the reception and finally a boy arrived with the excuse that please sleep for now, everything would be OK by morning. But the water was still not flowing through the tap in the morning. I asked to change the room. They agreed. But water from the cistern tap of commode in the new room was continuously flowing uninterrupted. Finally I have to revert to the previous room which had no water in the tap. (2) No channels active in the TV set/set top box. Again called the reception. Staff arrived. Got the excuse that recharges have failed and no channel would be available. Nothing could be done. Please sleep sir. (3) Asked for a towel and soap repeatedly and received the same after 45 minutes. But the towel was torn and shredded. Just pathetic. I will be posting the images of towel in my review. (4) I was so annoyed by above mentioned problems that I didn't used any other services like breakfast, dinner etc. in the hotel. The service staff was so poor that the waiter would arrive after calling the reception atleast 4-5 times. Never ever book this hotel. You would be having nightmare of the lifetime.

Pathetic and worst hotel. Don't fall trap with OYO website images. Completely waste of money. Bathroom doors are damaged. Couldn't lock them. Tap within bathroom got electricity shock. Rooms are of very bad odour. Housekeeping and cleanliness is missing. Never ever go with this hotel. Finally, not at all recommended.

Fooding charge is too high, your employees didn't provide me even a menu chart. When i was about to check out he gave me a huge bill. Where is and everything is costly more than good hotels. He didn't give me a original bill. I want my extra money back otherwise i will stop using your services. Behaviour of staff were also not good

The stay was horrible. There were LAYERS of dirt on the side tables, cupboards and TV. We called them to clean the room and after asking them 4 times, the guy turned up once. No kitchen in the hotel. We had to order off Swiggy. The rooms are like a shack, of the bad kind. The person at the reception had no clue on how far the Kumbh is, what is there to see, how to get cabs etc. no travel helpdesk. The rooms are shabby, the people are not cooperative. Worst experience ever. Rates are high because of Kumbh season.

The hotel is non existent. As it has been seized by the fire department and the local authorities there is no boards. Coming to the rooms they are good but there are no Services like you will not get water, tea etc.no breakfast facility, food is extremely expensive. 30 rupees for a cup of tea. No power backup. No room service. Cleaning of the room is pathetic. The glasses kept in the room we're not washed and the room stank of paint. The bathroom also stinks. They do not have a fridge so forget that you can get cold water. Gaytime restaurant is nearby and serves good vegetarian food. Baba biryani is good for non vegetarian.ground floor to third floor is all shops for furniture and only fourth and fifth floor is the hotel. Entrance is hidden, go only via the basement. Lift sytem only functional when electricity is there. Power outage for hours. Not worth the money. Nishant caretaker is really helpful. But he has also limited resources.
